WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN PV
Room was poorly supplied for cooking on an old, badly tarnished electric 2 burner stove that took a loooooong time to heat up. No oven facilities, no MW. Geckoes in the room every night. Shower dirty and worn out. Maid service was very good and dependable. Worked out in Gym every day; however, water usually absent, cups often absent even if water available. Fans to take out heat and sweat smell often not turned on until staff happened to show (often did not). No T-mills. 3 ellipticals but 2 did not work. 3 computer exercycles one of which did not work. 4 station weight machine but one side not working and not repaired in spite of report to maintenance (also reported other dysfunctional machines). No evidence of any cleaning in gym during my 14 day stay. Food awful. Ordered a ham and pineapple pizza off the menu and got a heated up frozen pizza that was BAD, Waitstaff very good and attentive. We were recognized as Krystal residents all over town due to the bracelet requirement. Typical local's response to recognizing us as being from Krystal was,"Ah, Krystal...viejo".The beach chairs were uncomfotable and a number of shade covers missing. Attended time share presentation with another couple and was essentially ignored as a potential buyer in favor of the other couple, Did get the free breakfast. Finally, had two palm tree branches fall with a crash on our patio (luckily not on us but injuries would have resulted) Summary: Old, dirty, facilities with little attempt to keep up with equipment needs. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. DO NOT GO THERE! P.S. Also,we were incorrectly overcharged by the RCI and the corrected credit has not shown up on our account as of one week later.

Location is good. Services are good. Our unit (friend's timeshare) was old, not very clean and dark. You could hear neighbors clearly. Fortunately, they were only there a few days. Food was not good in the restaurant. Go out. Pool drinks were good and inexpensive. Daily maid service was decent.
Nice hotel if you’re on a budget
Overall the hotel was nice, the rooms were big and bed was comfortable. I gave it a 3 star as a few things I really found disappointing such as there is no coffee in the room! It’s my favorite thing to do first thing in the morning, instead I had to wait until 7 for the buffet to open. The pool was really small for the size of the resort and there was never any place to sit as they were reserved too early in the morning. The staff were really nice and professional. Location was great and within walking distance to restaurants and shops and also only 10 minutes from the airport. If I go back to puerto Vallarta I would try somewhere else but like I said for the money it’s not such a bad hotel.
Great stay, the food is delicious and good activities for family and anything else, karaoke nights are really funny with Daniel, Andres and Toñito. Rooms comfortable and Japanese restaurant was good..
Not like the photos
Overall the hotel is ok, but it’s not worth the price they charge you . The hotel looks way better in the photos they have on their website and social media. Te food is not good The pools are kinda clean It has no bars if it rains The service is meh It’s best asset is the beach.
