Awesome stay at a great beach in a great hotel. Excellent staff with great activities. Thanks to Reyna for the enthusiasm and all the sports and activities team. I'll definitely recommend this, nice view, food and fun!
Not so good
Hotel in my opinion is not as it appears on their website. Lobby and reception area is the only high point. After that rooms are in dire need of repairs and upgrades. Food is average at best. Glad we did not choose all inclusive. They mostly cater to Mexican citizens since all activities posted daily were written in Spanish. If you do not speak the language you have no idea what is going on.
No one spoke English. Food & drink we’re aweful. Thank goodness we did not do all inclusive. Rooms were old and dirty. Thank goodness food down in town was good. We went other places instead of hotel. Never again.
I knew going there it had a 3 star rating.
The beach was great. The rooms were nice but I did eat out quite a bit because the food was just average. The good thing was there was a nearby market with lots of food and drinks. I would recomend the food truck right out front of the night club!
This hotel is very disappointing. They advertise 225 recently upgraded rooms however our room is disgusting.Paint peeling and chipping and overall in need of major repairs. Food is marginal at best. They do not cater to citizens of countries other than Mexico. Even the daily activities posted in the lobby are only in Spanish. The only upgrades are in the lobby and reception area to make you feel as if you are in a luxury resort. That changes as soon as you get to your room. As a closing note, be aware that the elevators are not very dependable and are oftentimes out of order
