Best Boutique Hotel Getaway
Exceptional service and all the right ammenities was just part of why we would like to go back. Loved that it was the right amount of quiet with plenty to do all around. The Red Salt Restaurant was very good for both dinners and breakfast. There is a lot of attention to detail for the guests. Wouldn't bring kids there. It's not that kind of place.
Simply the best!
We stayed for a second time this October at the Ko’a Kea. It is simply the best small resort. Service is excellent. We enjoyed breakfast each morning at Red Salt - our server, Jenny was amazing. She remembered us after our first day and took excellent care of us during our week long stay. The grounds are amazing! Best snorkeling right next door! I highly recommend staying here - we will be back!
Small, private resort
If you don't like crowds at the mega resorts, this is the place for you. They have a poolside bar that serves food and Red Salt is the fine dining restaurant. The pool and spa were smallish due to limited guest rooms. Rooms themselves were absolutely gorgeously done. The only downside was the lack of easy access to the beach on property. The steep rocks were not for older folks.
Wonderful ambiance with great views of the beach
My favorite thing about our stay was the ambience of the resort. It was very quiet (I only saw one family with children) and relaxing. It wasn't crowded like a lot of the bigger Resorts we saw which I really enjoyed. Fantastic location and views of the beach from the pool are amazing. The food was mostly okish and overpriced. I wouldn't eat at any of the restaurants again but in a pinch my advice is to stick with the quesadilla. Drinks were fantastic and the espresso maker in the room was a life saver. The room was nice and spacious great bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I would definitely stay again.
Boutique resort by the ocean
Got an ocean view room. Heard the waves crash at night, while on the balcony having coffee in the morning, and at sunset. Enjoyed the pool and the bar by the pool. Ate at Red Salt twice, had a massage by the water. Had a relaxing and wonderful trip here.
