May 20, 2025Perfect hotel
Back again this year for our second visit. Can’t fault this hotel. Same as our first trip everything was on point. Staff are the real cherry on the top! All of them a credit to the hotel. If you want perfect relaxation book up! Tried Star Prestige suite this year. Worth it for the extra service and amazing room. Thanks and see you again next year

Holiday in paradise
I would like to give this remarkable hotel 7 if I could. It’s an amazing and unique hotel that gives its guests a wonderful experience from the moment they arrive. From Roberto the bellboy to Titziana and Marc in the top management and everyone in between, you will receive VIP attention. Diana, Johnathan will arrange your trips and be on hand at all times. The waiters are wonderful, most like Davide, Alessandro, Carlos, Ivan, Elisa and so many more are also multi lingual and trained to the highest level (we loved them all)are happy to help. The facilities are amazing. The Spa is first class, the restaurants are superb, the pool is warm and big, the bed chairs are so comfortable. The gardens are amazing too where you will come across jacuzzis here and there among the palm trees. I could go on but I’ll just sum up by saying that I’ve booked to go again.

Fourth Visit
Just back from a fourth visit to this hotel but first time reviewing it. Great adults only hotel. The staff are excellent and the food is very good. The Star Prestige area is wonderful to stay in and very relaxing. Butlers Diana and Jonathan are excellent. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The service in the buffet restaurant can be a bit hit and miss to be honest but nothing that would deter you from staying here. The clientele are generally older but that's probably because it isn't cheap here. We also noticed that it is a very suitable hotel for lone travellers to enjoy. No doubt we will be visiting for a fifth time!

A wonderful place to stay
Lovely adults only hotel, great food but most importantly lovely staff who we look forward to seeing every time. Hello to Tiziana, Carlos, Bezek, Leticia to name just a few. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and managed and the public rooms are restful and quiet. Wonderful!

Paradise :-)
Back from our umpteenth stay at the Joia El Mirador. We always enjoy coming back to this oasis of peace. It always feels like coming home. Everything in the hotel meets the highest standards. The biggest asset, however, is the staff. Without exception, everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much to ask. The majority of guests are repeaters. We have already booked for 2026, and we are looking forward to it! Congratulations to Tiziana and her entire team. Special thanks to Diana, our favorite butler!
