Exceptional Quality
My visit here was one of the best hotel stays ever (I spend over 100 nights a year in hotels). This is an exceptional hotel. Every member of staff treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. The rooms are fantastic, quiet and well appointed with great views over the city and the park. Public transport is nearby for quick trips into the city. Great place to stay - totally recommended.

Nice location, comfortable room
Spent 5 nights here. Check-in was slow, but our room was large and comfortable with a view overlooking the park and the river. The breakfast area was large, crowded, and noisy, but the hostess, Wanda Sousa, was very kind and helpful, and the coffee and service were good — we liked their practice of offering hot coffee and hot milk. The concierge was also very helpful. Sadly, when we went to use some of our $100 Amex credit on 2 drinks in the bar, we found the bar disappointing, and the music therein very annoying. So, we used the rest of the credit for room service, paying an extra 7 euros for our lunch to avoid having it served (for no surcharge) in the bar. Finally, at check-out, I was surprised to find that they gave me only 79 euros for my $100 credit, versus 88 from our hotel in Rome 6 days earlier, even though the USD had strengthened to $1.12/eur. So, weigh the pros and cons.

Comfortable Stay with Stunning Views and Great Breakfast
I had a lovely, no-frills stay at the InterContinental Lisbon. Our room was clean, contemporary, and very comfortable—plus we were lucky to have sweeping views over the city, which were absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options and great quality across the board. It was a fantastic way to start each day. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel overall had a calm, polished atmosphere. However, my stay happened to coincide with a large conference at the hotel, which made things a bit tricky. The elevators were packed and stopped on nearly every floor whenever I tried to come or go—it was frustrating during those peak times. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is well-located, comfortable, and offers beautiful views—definitely worth considering for a Lisbon visit.

Fantastic Hotel
Staying at the InterContinental Lisbon was an absolute delight from beginning to end. The hotel perfectly blends classic elegance with modern comfort, and its location—just steps from Eduardo VII Park and a short walk to the city’s main attractions. The staff were incredibly professional, warm, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and I truly felt like a valued guest. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and exceptionally clean. The bed was heavenly, and the large windows offered sweeping views of the park and the city skyline. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve experienced—fresh, varied, and beautifully presented, with options to please every palate.

4 and a half stars
We stayed here on a stopover and found the hotel to be really lovely. The room was spacious and well equipped, check in was seamless and even though the person who checked us in was a trainee, you would never know if their badge hadn't said. The only reason it wasnt a 5 is because we didn't eat here. Would definitely return.
