Absolute Perfection!
Stunning luxury resort – private catamaran arrival, gorgeous suite, top-tier dining. **Kenneth Malimban** made our stay extraordinary with his attentive, personalized service. Pools, beach, and amenities were flawless. Unforgettable!

Mesmerizing!
This is my 2nd time to this resort. As an owner of a travel agency, I have stayed in many luxurious resorts. But this resort is at a different level. The staff is amazing and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Food is always subjective but everything we had was wonderful. Rooms are very nice.. but can we zero in on the colors of the water? This view ( especially from the rooftop pool) rivals anything in the Caribbean. I feel so blessed to have experienced this not once.. but twice! I can’t wait to return!

Amazing overdue honeymoonish escape
My husband and I spent a lovely 4 days at Impressions Isla Mujeres in May 2025 as an overdue honeymoon. Our stay was beyond spectacular. It is the place to relax and spend quality time as a couple along top quality service and the facilities are miraculous. I don’t know what deserves the most highlight here, the hotel is beautiful, but the staff is the most caring and attentive I have ever met in all my years of travel. Our butters Erick and Wellington were attentive to every need and coordinated our stay while giving us space, special highlights to Alondra in the rooftop bar, Susi in the Mediterranean restaurant, Jacobo t breakfast and Kevin one of the supervisors who also made sure our stay was marvelous. We also had THE BEST couples massage even comparing to top notch places in the US by Fabiola and Yanira, I mean THE BEST massage ever. Lastly the food is amazing, but Italian restaurant definitely has the best cheese bread I have ever had. Food was great quality. Drinks were amazing as well. Well I could keep writing about how amazing everything is here really. Is definitely worth your time visiting. I cannot wait to return. Cons -I am a picky eater and breakfast menu is a little repetitive and with some options that were a little weird for my taste. My husband seemed to enjoy all the food he ate. -we had to wait for our room until almost 4 PM, also were initially told they will kindly upgrade our room for free at the port (which was obviously not mandatory for them), but we were asked to pay for the upgrade once we got to the hotel, which again this was not required on their end, but did get our hopes up. -they do have membership talks which they will ask you to attend and does take a long time. -it is a place to relax so activities are tailored to relaxation, if you are on the party side, this might not fit your needs. Like I said if you ever have the opportunity to have this experience, I highly recommend it! We will cerrainly try to be back!

Outstanding Experience 🤌🏼
Impressions Isla Mujeres was incredible in all aspects. My wife and I have been to multiple above average all inclusive resorts and this one was on another level and has set the bar extremely high for our next vacation. Erick and Wedinzon, our butlers, were the most helpful and attentive employees who I quickly considered to be our friends. The food was incredible and the service was outstanding. Impressions Isla Mujeres certainly gave us the best honeymoon we could have imagined.
