What a gorgeous place! We had such a lovely time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially our butlers Edgar & Angel who helped us with anything we needed, and also the wait staff in the restaurants and bars. We loved the food, drinks, beautiful design, and of course the view. Our room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. I loved it!

Amazing Experiences
We just got back from there and the stay was amazing. We had personal butlers, Angel and Edgar who are very friendly, professional and responsive throughout our stay. Pools were not overcrowded and views are just beautiful. Staff were also very friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful yet fun time, this is the place to be.

Exclusive resort with amazing service!
Incredible resort with a spectacular view. Our personal concierge Edgar and Angel made sure we were taken care of from the time we stepped off the catamaran to when we left. We appreciated their quick responses for our inquiries. One evening we walked into our room and Angel arranged for two dozen roses and rose petals on the bed. The service was top notch! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

Amazing resort!
Had an amazing vacation with friends and wife for her birthday.! The hotel and property are spectacular, amazing views everywhere! Our butlers Wedinzon &Erick made the trip very special! They went above and beyond to commemorate the birthday celebrations and were always available with questions and requests! Overall the restaurants/bars had really good food and drinks, would compare to higher end a la carte restaurants. Only minor opportunity for improvement could be more consistent service at the restaurants/bars, as there were times service was slow even though the hotel was not crowded. Overall an amazing experience and would highly recommend!

Dream vacation!
The views the service, the food, the drinks. You could not ask for more. The room was very nice and quiet. We never had to wait for a pool chair. Dinner reservations were easy. Nothing is overcrowded. You almost feel like you have the place to yourself.
