This resort was absolutely beautiful. We went here for our honeymoon. The hospitality, views, food, and everyone was so amazing. A huge shout out to our butlers, Erick and Wedinzon, for being so wonderful. They were always on top of getting our reservations in a timely manner, checking into activities for us, and making sure we were being taken care of. They were so kind and left us a surprise after our supper. I cannot say it enough about the amazing experience we had. I would recommend anyone and everyone to be able to come stay here! We felt very loved and welcomed.

Amazing Experience, Must Visit Spot!!
Wow, where do I begin!! The level of service we received was second to none. I want to shoutout the whole staff for making our experience a wonderful time (Specifically Zelma, Angel, Edgar and Karen)!! Food was also fantastic and views were as described. Will be back here again!

Incredible Trip
The resort, the service, the people were beyond excellent. The food was 10/10. Fresh fish daily. The steak was cooked to perfection and the room service was also exceptional The alcohol was all top shelf. My butlers David and Martin spoiled my new bride and I. Jasmine, Caesar, Amairani, Alex, Mary, Francisco, Alfredo and Sau stood out as they were exceptional. But all were excellent, friendly, kind and helpful and wonderful.

The most amazing honeymoon!
My husband and I were lucky enough to spend 10 days here. We have the honeymoon suite for six days and then a signature suite for the remainder. David and Martin, our Butler team spoiled us the entire time! They kept us in our own little romantic bubble and took care of everything the entire trip! The property is everything it is hyped to be as the most Instagramable hotel in the world- but with the small amount of rooms they have is still felt very private and exclusive. With our 10 days day, we had so many wonderful servers and hostesses! By the end, they knew our favorite orders and made us feel like family. Mary at la vista was always so sweet and fun, she has a place in our heart. Marcello and Caesar at spezia were both stupendous- charmers who went out of their way to make dinner special. Alex at Unik- what can we say-his witty, fun service made us come back again and again. Also - Unik breakfast was our favorite - Francisco and Fredy gave us a great start to our day with their happy energy. Sau, the dining manager would greet us at the table for dinner and make sure everything was to his excellent standards! Jasmine was such a special hostess at our dinners, she made us feel welcome and went out of her way to help. And Amairani was truly so lovely to us everytime, welcoming us and seemed as sad as we were in our last day. The staff at Cacao always so helpful for my 24 hour a day ice cream needs! I'm sure their names we have forgotten, but truly every single person who assisted us did so with a smile and grace, even when they had a lot of people descending on them! Now we just have to figure out how we can come back every year for our anniversary! No place to be spoiled like this in the world!!!!
