Star Camp is free and part of the all-inclusive experience at Iberostar and features more than 140 age-based activities based on the approach and theory of multiple intelligences, which advocates personal growth through cooperation.

We had an amazing quick trip to Iberostar Waves with another couple (this is our 3rd time here… first time we did not Dive). It was an amazing low key vacay. We did not do any excursions… just relaxed. The drinks were great. The food was good and the staff was amazing. Our first day (Saturday) was NFL playoff games and Juan Carlos made sure we could watch the game at the resort! It was awesome to not have go find the game somewhere else. And the games on Sunday were in as well! Fun times had by all! Thanks for a great trip! GO CHIEFS!! 💛🏈❤️

All five siblings and other family members were at Iberostar with our mom for her 91st birthday. Her birthday celebration was one none of us will forget. We all had a wonderful week due to the staff treating us like royalty and going out of their way to make us comfortable. We got to know staff, who truly care about their job and the happiness of those who stay here. Just to name a few great staff: Juan Carlos, Edgar, Victor, Michelle, Ami (?), Christian and Raul. The list could go on because they all made us feel like family! We never lacked for a variety of good food or things to do. One of our party of 10 did four diving trips and 6 of us did a snorkel trip- very memorable and saw amazing sea life. We always found a place to sit by the pool or beach, though day pass guests could make it more crowded. We also loved the smaller size of the resort and their dedication to sustainability! We will be back. Thank you.

Best place ever
Iberostar Cozumel is a wonderful resort. This is my second visit and I was not disappointed. I WILL be back!! The Star Freinds make the experience so fun. They are engaging and personable. The entertainment at night adds an extra touch! Gerardo and Fabian are the absolute best! Service is excellent. We can’t wait to come back again to see our friends.

Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy instituted for all bookings traveling in the months of March and April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
