Groups Policy: Iberostar will accept a maximum of 8 rooms traveling together to be booked as individual bookings. Any group of 9 rooms or more requires a traditional group contract. If your group unexpectedly exceeds 8 rooms, it is your responsibility to notify ALGV immediately, at which point the group will be converted to a contract based on Iberostar's current day group rates and cancellation policy. Failure to notify ALGV of large groups can result in the forfeit of the group. If you know in advance of making any bookings that your group will exceed 8 rooms, please reach out to ALGV for assistance.

Amazing stay!
My friend and I had an amazing stay! The hotel is clean, comfortable and has a ton of amenities like a spa, multiple pools and rooftop bar! Most importantly, the service was impeccable! Especially Amira, Yojhan and guest manager Silvia! They provided great recommendations and amazing service. Would visit again just for them as they made our stay in Mallorca unforgettable!

A great stay
We have just returned from a great stay at this hotel. We hopped in a taxi from the airport instead of waiting for the coach transfer, It was a 10 min drive and 18 euro. Check in was very quick and efficient, we were offered a glass of fizz and a cold towel to freshen up. We booked a terrace pool view room and we were very pleased with its location, the terrace rooms also had a whirlpool for the rooms on the terrace level to use. The rooms were spotless and cleaned to a high standard everyday, the only negative is the rooms are very much on the small side so storage and room for toiletries was very limited, we were only there for 5 days so we managed. The food was fine, plenty of choice for breakfast and evening meal, The staff in the restaurant were lovely and friendly. We used the hotel bar most evenings for a couple of drinks, again the staff were great, especially Johan who was so nice to deal with. The hotel is definitely located in the nicest part of the resort, in the more central area it was quite rowdy at night so we tended to use the bars and restaurants around the hotel of which there were plenty. The hotel as a whole was spotless and had a lovely pool area, and the roof top pool was amazing and had fantastic views. There are lots of really nice outdoor seating areas too. A real positive was there was no mad dash for sunbeds in the morning, you could go to the pool at pretty much any time of the day and get a bed. It is worth heading into Palma for the day, the bus stop was only a couple of mins from the hotel and was 2 euros each way. We travelled as 3 couples and the hotel took note of our request to have the rooms together which was much appreciated. We have all said that if we wanted a relaxing short break this will be the hotel we return to.

Well worth a visit to this hotel and would highly recommend due mostly to the treatment by Chrysula and her staff
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at this hotel, on arrival we where met by a young lady Chrysula who made our stay memorable and cannot thank her enough. All the staff where very attentive and helpful and the little touches like free proseco and flower and chocolate in our room on the 5th floor was very welcome. Due to bookings we could not extend our room after the check out time and had to use the Spa facilities to freshen up before leaving and i would suggest the hotel adopt a policy of a courtesy room for guest with a later flight time.

Excellent, extremely clean hotel
At the arrival, we been offered discounted room upgrade that we accepted and we are so happy that we did! The 5th floor junior suite we got had amazing sea view, huge balcony and very big comfy bed. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel but who wouldn't, friendly staff, excellent food at the restaurant, clean room... Only thing that we did not like and what is the reason we will never come back to Palma De Mallorca (this does not have anything to do with the hotel but must be mentioned) is that there is extremely strong bad smell (better say stink) of sewer in the sea water, you can not even lay on the beach as it is so strong. Someone say it is rotting seaweed (yeah, right), but we disagree since we visited so many similar destinations, have vacation home on the Vancouver Island and we know well how rotting seaweed smells, not even similar to this one, this is clearly sewage, probably treated to the some extent, released in the water. So, we ended up to cool down and swim in the hotel pool (that is, BTW, very nice), the whole purpose of our trip to Palma was to spend time on the beach and swim in the seawater, if we wanted to do all that in the pool we would stay at home (and save lots of $$$) since we have nice outdoor inground sized pool.

Simply Outstanding
With so many quality 4 & 5 star hotels in and around Palma, Iberostar Bahia de Palma stands out above the crowd. The reasons are many, including the contemporary yet inviting and comfortable design, cleanliness of all areas, the quality of the rooms, the position of the hotel which is literally a stones through from the stunning beach and yet due to having Origins beach bar to its front is private from the main promenade and the entertainment which was varied and generally top quality. But the main reason is the STAFF, genuinely, EVERYONE of them throughout the hotel, regardless of their position or what they were doing at the time would offer you a genuine smile a friendly greeting and their time if you needed it. They were unassuming, hard working and did seem as though they really enjoyed what they do. Not one for generally pointing out particular members of staff, special mentions go to Jouhan and Santi who have broad smiles and are always on hand to get your drinks, Pablo who is on many occasions the first to greet you when you enter the restaurant and who has a great sense of humor and wit, and for us the one who made our stay so special was Chrysoula on reception who offers warmth, charm and sincerity when dealing with you. One further mention is for Ameth in the restaurant who whilst we never had any direct contact with him, worked tirelessly in making sure new crockery was placed on shelves ready for guests use - he worked like a trojan horse! We were in Palma for 11 nights, staying for 6 fantastic nights in 2 excellent 5 star hotels in the old town of Palma, but this Iberostar just 15 minutes from Palma City centre stole the show and yes we WILL be back
