Just returned home after such a relaxing 10 days here. Everything was fantastic, very clean reception area and this continues throughout the hotel, we went for the half board option, the selection and quality of food was excellent. I must give a special mention to the staff who work tirelessly, always so polite and really are a credit to the hotel, they literally cannot do enough for you and I’d like to sincerely thank all of them. Would highly recommend this hotel and I hope to one day return.

A magnificent stay in Costa Adeje
We just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel and it was wonderful. The brilliant customer service started upon entering the hotel, we received complimentary drinks and chocolates whilst checking in and our room was ready straight away. We stayed in room 245 which was bright and airy with lots of room. Even though it faced the street and other hotels, the noise didn't keep us up. We stayed on a B&B basis and I've never seen such a huge selection for breakfast before! It was excellent. I saw previous reviews saying that sunbeds are reserved early in the morning, which is true in part but there were always some available around 10am. I think certain people go down early to get particular spots! The staff are a credit to this hotel, they are all so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

Absolutely Amazing Care and Service
We returned to stay here in September following our fist visit in March this year. The location is perfect for us as it is close to Puerto Colon where we Scuba Dive regularly. The hotel is clean, ecologically friendly with on tap drinking water at no cost which is easy and convenient We were booked on Bed and Breakfast due to our schedule this suited us best - slight downside was that Breakfast earliest start was at 8am - not ideal as we needed to be out of the hotel by 8.20am each day. Previously this had been 7.30am which was much better and we felt that 8am was simply too late to be comfortable. This aside which is a very small thing the hotel really came into its own on our last night. My husband was taken ill and the hotel were so supportive to both of us. They arranged for 2 x Doctor visits and when my husband was taken into hospital they looked after everything that I needed whilst I was on my own. This included making sure I was eating and when he was discharged from the hospital even cooking special meals for him to ensure he had what he needed. All of the reception staff, housekeeping and management were so kind, understanding and caring. I cannot emphasise strongly enough how appreciated this was especially as i had a really horrible experience at the hospital So if you are looking for honest service with amazing people this is definitely the hotel for you - we are already planning our return stay.

Brilliant Hotel with amazing staff
Just returned from a week in this hotel, it was perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIP's. On arrival, we were greeted by a Concierge who took our bags, we were directed to a seated desk for check in by the amazing Dennis - so helpful, we were offered a complimentary drink of our choice, cooling cloths to refresh and truffle chocolates, our room was ready immediately (11.30am) and our cases brought to our room. Our room was light, airy and modern with everything you could need for a week away, the bathroom was exceptional and the beds possibly the most comfortable we've ever slept in - our room was serviced to such a high standard daily by Gloria from the Housekeeping team. Breakfast each morning (we were B&B only) was fabulous, tea and coffee served at there table, everything you could possibly wish for - including Oysters & champagne if that's what you wanted - fresh cooking stations and all of the produce was of a high quality. The pool area was lovely, plenty of sun loungers with thick padded cushions, the pool was beautiful and waiter service means it's so relaxing - we were also treated to complimentary mocktails. Above all - every single member of the Hotel team were clearly happy in their jobs, they were all so friendly and could not do enough to make your holiday special Will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel
Beachfront luxury hotel that exceeded expectations. We opted for B&B with a Star Prestige upgrade. The exclusive pool area, free bar and snacks meant we didn’t need to leave for lunch, tea, snacks etc etc. the main restaurant was also amazing with buffet food to cater for all tastes. Our room was lovely, well appointed and cleaned spotlessly on a daily basis. Lastly the level of customer service was 10/10.
