Alexei from the entertainment team did a fantastic job! We were invited to each activity and night shows They did the foam party really fun and the greatest WIBIT competition that we never done before. I think this is such a nice place to be with family and friends We had so much fun The guacamole class was so funny and so delicious with Alexei as a teacher. Every time that he came to us we were having fun and made us feel welcomed Highly recommended

Good: location near beach. Bad: all beach and pool loungers are "saved" with beach towels Good: large rooms Bad: you have to ask 2x for service. Then wait hours Good: nice shiney floors Bad: super slippery Good: located in animal filled jungle Bad: main floor rooms have mosquitoes. Bring bug spray Good: restaurants are available Bad: "sommelier" trys to upsell you on $125 USD bottles of wine. Good: lots of pools Bad: all loungers are "reserved" with towels all day.

Great place!
This place was amazing. The food was fabulous and the grounds were stunning. We enjoyed the variety of activities, either poolside or in the theatre. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful place again .

Beautiful place!
We loved this resort, the grounds were beautiful and well-kept, food was delicious! The staff were friendly and attentive, special shout out to Alexei who was always around bringing smiles and excitement! Would definitely return, hard to find complaint at this Mexican gem!

Family and friends Trip
We stayed January 10th to 19th Check in was smooth and everyone was helpful with requests we had . Hotel grounds WERE AMAZING full of green vegetation ,vey clean and welcoming Pool area ,lazy river and water slides all great ! service at the hotel was very good . Beach area very clean water clean and warm ! Pool and ocean at least according to Apple Watch temperature was at 28C every day . Food at the resort was very good group of 9 and none of us ever complained . we ate at buffet and restaurants . Rooms could be bit better but definitely nothing to compmlain about.
