  Great stay

  This hotel is excellent. The staff can’t do enough for you. The selection of food is very good and the food all tastes great. I can’t understand why this hotel is not 5*. The position the hotel is in means the views are wonderful I will definitely will be returning

  A lovely hotel!

  I love this hotel. We've just returned from a week's holiday, our second time there, and would definitely return again. We stayed in a junior penthouse suite, which has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Having your own terrace with sunbeds, jacuzzi, etc, is great. The star prestige is good, too, as you get snacks and a late checkout if there is availability. The food in both restaurants is really good and plentiful. The buffet has so much choice and it's delicious. The staff are really lovely. They're all so helpful and friendly, and some even recognised us from our previous visit, which was really nice. The animation team was great, too, and there were a lot of different activities. We made cocktails, soap, perfume, and even tried to paint. There's a lot of green initiatives too, like filtered water taps, no single use plastic items, and edible straws. All in all we had a fabulous holiday and hope to go back for more of the same.

  Lovely trip

  I’m going to start with the positives views of the sea are stunning and the condition of the hotel in general is really nice. I loved the food, we upgraded to all inclusive as the bar food and drinks were expensive so made sense to upgrade for price and it was worth it. The only downside they didn’t change the variety of the food enough, which I didn’t mind too much as I enjoyed the food but would have been nice to have something different each night. The wine list however wasn’t great, so only had a glass and stuck to the cocktails which were really nice but limited in the all inclusive option. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, we shared a junior suite between 3 people and that felt big enough. The large sized bath in the room felt pointless and was dirty so didn’t use it. The shower was ok but really small area of the actual toilet and shower and it started to have a stale smell. Considering the size of the room, the wardrobe space was small and it was a struggle between 3 of us to store our clothes. The staff made this trip for us, everyone was so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a special trip. The main negatives - I felt this hotel needs to really establish its identity and therefore stick to it. For example, it advertises as a couples/relaxing resort, and although this hotel delivered that on occasions, however, there were the regular large groups (possible hen and stags) who made the pool area feel more like a party resort. They were loud, drunk and rowdy, which is fine if you’re looking for that but we wanted more of a peaceful and relaxing trip and sadly this wasn’t always the case given the type of people who came. I appreciate this isn’t the hotels fault but they could do more in terms of advertising or booking with making it clear to larger party groups what type of hotel this is. We could also hear the people in the room next door to us (we stayed on the first floor) which was a nuisance at times so I would recommend bringing ear plugs. Would I come back? If I was looking for a similar trip to relax and switch off then I’m not sure as it seems to be gamble with other type of guests. I suppose that’s the risk being a short drive from Magaluf and other prime locations. It’s a shame as everything else is spot on.

  Beautiful hotel & wonderful staff

  4 of us came to this beautiful hotel on guidance from your business development lead, James in the UK. The hotel, staff and overall amenities are fantastic. The prestige area is lovely! The staff can’t do enough for you. Thank you for a wonderful 4 days & we’ll definitely be back!

  Amazing views but food and entertainment disappointing

  Just back from a four night stay all inclusive in a junior suite sea view star prestige. The views are out of this world, especially if you sit at the outside dining area, on your balcony or looking out from the infinity pool. The cocktails included on the all inclusive are gorgeous and very strong although the menu is limited. The rooms are very spacious, really clean and the beds were so comfortable. The shower in the room was also great. We were very disappointed in the food, it was just ok but given that it's a buffet you don't get the eating out experience you would in a normal restaurant. We only stayed 4 nights and although we paid for all inclusive we still chose to go out 2 of the evenings for our meal as the food was very repetitive and the dining experience lacked atmosphere. The evening entertainment was quite disappointing, we are in our 40s and we're hoping for something a lot livlier, again we ended up heading into Santa ponsa for some more lively music bars. They have a pool table in the bar but apart from that and a dart board there isn't a lot to do, would even have loved something like a table tennis table. The hotel had a much older clientele and by 11pm the hotel bar had completely entire one out. If I was to go again I definitely wouldn't go all inclusive. I would go star prestige because the heated infinity pool is beautiful and the other pools were far too cold to get into for more than a minute. The views are really what gets this hotel it's star quality.
