While there are many activities, pools, food options, there are several things that disappointed us. The food is decent. Some ole are better than others. The buffet is good but I wish the trays were not empty often. The options for restaurants are good but some restaurants are below average. We disliked the vegan restaurant, the jambalaya was ok, the steak house was nothing special. We did enjoy the Mexican. Although we had fun, we would not return. The property seemed outdated in many areas, and I disliked the fact they are charging full price just as if you were in USA. It’s ridiculous!!! The hotel charges $50 for a manicure!!! Which is unbelievable!!! And pretty expensive prices for everything overall. The bathrooms have no fans and the pillows are uncomfortable. I don’t believe the price matches what you get for. The beach is cute except for there are gigantic rocks!!!
Hotel is beautiful room is always clean they have late night shows very entertaining and staff is so welcoming!! The best!!! Pools are kept clean all never dirty activities are amazing constantly coming st you with amazing things to keep you occupied. The entertainment is really nice Ever and David are the best!!
Great Time By All
Just returned with family and friends from our 3rd stay at the Lindo. As usual everything was great from the food to the pools. Every employee was always helpful and the service is the best. I would like to single out one employee, a server at the buffet. Met Edgar on the first day and we always asked to sit at his tables. He was very professional and attentive to our needs. He always had a big smile on his face and you could tell he enjoyed his profession. I was able to talk to him several times and he is not only a good employee ,he is a great person. Hopefully we will get to see him again on our next trip to the Lindo.
Just as the name promises - " Beautiful Paradise"
We have been the 4th time in the complex of Paraiso hotels, the 2nd time in Paraiso Lindo and this hotel is just amazing!!! Fit&Fun offers in the newly built gym are fantastic (spinning, kick-boxing, TRX, Yoga, etc.), the Star Camp is a great place to be for kids, all day long they are entertained and exploring new fun things to do.... And even for adults there is lots of animation offered. Food and drink variety is huge at this place, different restaurants are offered, at the Starcafé you can get coffee, sweets, cookies and small snacks all day long and various bars serve drinks and 1 even burgers until late. This place is simply fulfilling all wishes and even more than that, it´s a great place to relax and just enjoy family and holiday time, we have had a great stay and surely will be back. Thanks to all the team, you are just great and made our stay unforgettable and special!!!!
This resort is very beautiful. The pools are fantastic, the beach was very pretty when we were there a few days ago. We always found chairs at beach and pool. The restaurants were okay. Our favorites were El Museo, hibachi and El Rancho. Avoid the Italian and Cajun (terrible) buffets were just okay, nothing was hot just slightly warm....same for breakfast. The Star cafe was great for breakfast. The taco shop at mall and the sports bar had decent food too. The drinks at lobby bar and sports bar and beach bar were very good, pool bar not as good. Wines were not good, I brought two bottles with me! Bring yeti cups to keep drinks cold. We had jr suite, was very roomy, nice bathroom and plenty of outlets. Lots of walking, wear comfy shoes. You can also take golf cart, we did twice. All employees were friendly. Beware they tell you restaurants are full but all were more then half empty that we ate at. All in all we had a great time! I think I would like to try the Grand next time (adults only) definitely take the catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres, definitely the highlight of our trip! You will love it! Oh, and have them turn down your thermostat in room to 15! A lot cooler!
