Chef Guadalupe and Jesus and gave us the best service and fresh ceviche!! They were so nice and attentive, please ask for Guadalupe at the ceviche spot. Everyone is so nice and ceviche! Guadalupe is amazing!!! The drinks and the food was amazing definitely coming back gracias amigos

Worth Every Penny
My husband and I had a great time at hyatt. Food was delicious, amazing service and attention, and the rooms are so nice and comfortable. Beach club is amazing. Special shout out to Guadalupe (chef) and Jesus (server) at the ceviche bar. Was the best ceviche, aguachiles, tuna, and tostadas we’ve ever had. Truly the most stress free vacation we’ve had. Thank you so much!

Had a great time! Service was excellent! I loved the ceviche from Guadalupe and Jesus! The resort was very nice and new, cute aesthetic. The beach club was also super cute! Get the corner suite with the wraparound balcony that has a sick view! Love Guadalupe love fresco ceviche love Mexico love cancun

My husband and I visited Hyatt vivid fresco ceviche The best ceviche in all of Mexico it’s not my first time here, but definitely the best thing I’ve ever had. Jesus and chef Guadalupe were very friendly and nice and made it so easy for us to communicate and get everything needed

May 15, 2025A Great Stay at the Hyatt Vivid Grand Island
We just returned from Hyatt Vivid Grand Island after celebrating our 1-year anniversary, and we were genuinely impressed. Like many, I was hesitant at first because of some mixed reviews—but if you do your research and understand what the resort is (and what it’s not), you’ll be more than happy. This isn’t a sprawling Secrets or Excellence-style resort, but it doesn’t claim to be. It’s a more intimate, adults-only experience with beautiful modern design, incredible service, and some of the best drinks I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive. The staff truly made our trip. Jorge at the Vantage Club was so welcoming and easy to talk to. Pablo at both the Vantage Club and Seafoam pool bar felt like a friend by the end of our stay. Andrew and Uriel took amazing care of us at the rooftop pool—Uriel especially went above and beyond to make every day feel first class. Jesus at the ceviche bar was always kind, and Eduardo at the Italian restaurant made our dinner fun and memorable. On the food side: the Beach Club meals were fantastic. Other spots were more typical of all-inclusive dining—solid, just nothing mind-blowing. That said, the nacho bar and wings were great snack options, and the room service for late-night bites was a favorite of ours. A special shoutout to the team who decorated our room on our anniversary night—we came back from dinner to find a sign and balloons throughout the room. It meant a lot and made the night unforgettable. Overall, if you come here expecting good service, amazing drinks, and a more boutique-style resort, you’ll be thrilled. Just know what you’re booking—and you’ll love it. We can’t wait to come back.
