Great hotel with great food options and loads of activities. Angel (both the bartender and Mexican Chocolate Angel), Caesar and Orlando were great reps. Rooms are really spacious, I would recommend getting the Vantage club rooms to get you access to the rooftop pool for the days it’s busier in the hotel. All of the evening restaurants you need to book on the day. Using the app you can personalise what services you need day to day in your room such as the bed linen being changed which is a nice touch.

We love this all inclusive. Angel (Mexican chocolate) was a superb entertainment staff along with Cesar. Highly highly recommend and only getting better

Beautifully hotel
Hyatt vivid is an excellent hotel. We love Andrew at the Cobalt bar! Amazing food at all restaurants. Had the best time with Cesar for music trivia at the club vantage pool!

Oscar is the best!
I have been here just one day and I have to give a shout out to Oscar. From the moment I stepped on the property, he has been so helpful and making sure I know and have everything I need. What great customer service and perfect person to greet guests! He is truly the best! And now my go to buddy.

Fantastic stay, would recommend
We had a fantastic stay, the hotel was amazing and very clean throughout. The room was beautiful and very spacious. There was a lot of great food options the shrimp tacos at the beach club, the taco bar and the ceviche bar were our favorites. One of the highlights was the Angel (the Mexican chocolate) He was incredibly friendly and welcoming every day, always checking in to see how we were doing. He gave us some great insider tips about visiting the local market, which helped us find the best spots for souvenirs. His energy really added to the atmosphere—such a great part of the hotel experience!
