I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vivid in Cancun. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff truly treat you like royalty. Special thanks to Jesus from Fresco and Guillermo from Oishii both were outstanding servers who made every meal feel personal and memorable. Room service was also excellent, quick, friendly, and always accurate. The food throughout the resort was fresh, delicious, and honestly five-star quality. Chef Guadalupe at Fresco was incredible — every dish he prepared was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Jasmine and Cesar were fantastic instructors and made every activity fun and engaging. Honestly, everyone who worked there deserves a special shoutout. The entire team made us feel welcome, taken care of, and relaxed the whole time. Worth absolutely worth every penny.

Amazing! Wish I could stay here forever
Jesus has been an amazing waiter at the rooftop and fresco ceviche and the chef Guadalupe was amazing at ceviche! I loved the food! The Oishii Japanese restaurant was delicious but the service is what makes it amazing! The manager in the green shirt was helpful, he makes sure all the customers are happy and helps his staff, the server Guillermo is what made us eat there three nights in a row! He was the absolute best and I cannot recommend this place enough! He made sure my drink was never empty and gave amazing recommendations and went through the entire menu with us to help us better understand and order exactly what we wanted. All the staff is so welcoming and helpful. If you are looking for some welcoming workout classes go see Cesar and Jazmine for aqua cycling and aqua aerobics. They made me a special birthday cake and make me feel so special! Karina in room service made sure all my orders were correct and on time! Thank you for everything! This place has everything you could ever need. Everyone anticipates your every need! I wish I could stay here forever, I will definitely be coming back very soon.

A Stunning Escape with Exceptional Hospitality at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island
I recently stayed at the beautiful, newly built Hyatt Vivid Grand Island Resort in Cancun, and it was an unforgettable experience. The resort’s stunning Mayan-inspired architecture sets a perfect aesthetic style. The restaurants were absolutely amazing—every meal was a delight. There were fun activities happening all day, keeping the energy high and the vibe fun. The activity team (Angel, Jasmine, Yohana, Cesar, Orlando, Sofia, Jonathan ) was the heart of the resort: incredibly helpful, talented, and creative, they truly made the stay special. Their enthusiasm was contagious! I felt relaxed, entertained, and completely cared for. A special thank you to Fernanda, the manager, and Marcela from the concierge desk—both were so heartfelt and helpful throughout my stay. I’ll definitely be returning. This resort is a true gem in Cancun!

Hyatt Vivid Grand Island
Sofia, Cesar, Angel, Yohanan and Orlando from the entertainment staff were very helpful. Yoga on the rooftop had stunning views especially during sunrise and sunset. The fire show was a highlight for me. Our room was on the lagoon side and each night we got to see the most beautiful sunsets right from our balcony.

Great experience! Superb food! Staff Orlando is the best! Look for him and he will make you feel right at home! The Aglio is a must- our server Erik was awesome! Beef and lamb wrap in Mediterrenian Resto is great too! Sunset by the rooftop was breathtaking! Evening entertainments were refreshing!
