We chose this hotel based on the positive reviews and the photos of the hotel. The reviews did not match our experiences at the hotel. The photo of the hotel is misleading as some guests may think that both buildings are the same hotel, they are not. The other building in the photo is closed and under construction. We have visited numerous resorts in Mexico and this one did not meet the standards of the other resorts in some areas. The good- the view from the room was stunning, the room was modern, the rooftop pool view, the vantage club breakfast option, the Asian restaurant, the beach club & beach are stunning. The not so good- the quality of the food in the buffet restaurant at breakfast and lunch is poor, most staff were less friendly/ less welcoming than in other resorts, a lot of construction / maintenance being completed at the hotel and at the beach club. This is not enjoyable for guests wanting to relax on holiday. I think if you would like a small hotel with nice views then you may enjoy it but if you would rather a larger resort with places to walk around and a friendlier, holiday feel this may not be the right hotel. There are far better options in Mexico for the same amount of money or slightly more.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and the service was exceptional. The server at the rooftop, Guadalupe andJesus from ceviche bar, Axel, Diego and Jonathan form Advantage breakfast, Cesar from entertainment team were all excellent, went above and beyond with they service. The beach club was also beautiful, will definitely come back and recommend this resort

Cesar and Gamaliel were fantastic entertainment at the pool. They made us bracelets and were very funny.
