Hyatt Vivid accommodations and activities are wonderful. Our room had spectacular views of the ocean, golf course and lagoon. My husband would take his coffee out on the balcony and enjoy watching the golfers and water views daily. The AC in the room kept the room nice and cool too! You must participate in the following activities: HIIT with Carina – her class was such a great workout; Aquacycling with Caesar one day and the other with Mexican Chocolate – so much energy; Sunrise yoga with Melissa was so zen; Sound mediation with Gama was so relaxing; Sage workshop with Gama was informational and fun; God’s Eye Workshop instructor Gama was so patient with me even though I do not posses artistic abilities – LOL. The entertainment team provided much fun and laughs at the pools – shout out to Orlando, Caesar, Gama, Mexican Chocolate, and Ashley. I was lucky enough to get reservations at each of the 4 restaurants during our stay. Our favorite was Aglio – Italian, Armando was an excellent server; Dalia – Mexican, Jesus was a wonderful attentive server; Mediterano – Mediterranean, Francesco was a great server; and Oishii – Japanese, was OK. The Buffet was provided a nice variety of breakfast and lunch items. Fresco Ceviche was cozy and yummy too – kudos to Jesus and Mario. The ladies at the breakfast and lunch buffet were so friendly and welcoming every day. Server Oswaldo provided service with a smile daily. The Beach Club felt exclusive and sat on a beautiful stretch of powdery white sand and clear blue water. The loungers were so comfortable. A few suggestions: provide soft and fluffy bath towels as they are currently thin and hard; the rain shower has cold water only shouldn’t it be warm?; a clothes line in the shower would be helpful to dry the bathing suits.

Clean. Great service. The beach is a 10 minute bus ride but very beautiful! The Japanese restaurant was the yummiest. The nightlife was a little chill but honestly I appreciated that I could be in bed by 11pm and it was quiet.

Our stay as a globalist was nice!
Overall I enjoyed my stay and had a great time and meet alot of great people. All staff was wonderful. Resort was clean and comfortable. As a Globalist I got upgraded to a big suite with huge balcony and was offered a free cabana! Big con was the French restaurant (Best One) was closed the whole time.

My experience was great. The experience was made even better when I visited the Nectar bar upstairs. The service was great and the staff was the most friendly and memorable on my trip.
