Love this place, food is amazing, staffs are friendly. Many activities, and the beach is gorgeous, fair price point. We stayed for 5 days, there are so many things to do and so much to choose. Great place for couple and friends. BTW Cesar is the Best !!!!!

Bracelet making/aqua aerobics class
Absolutely love this hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since it’s an all-inclusive resort, food and drinks are included, which makes everything so easy and enjoyable. If you're planning a visit, I highly recommend adding the Vantage package for an extra cost—it's totally worth it. The alcoholic drinks are much higher and better quality, and it gives you access to the beautiful rooftop bar. My husband and I joined the aqua aerobics class with Cesar, and he was fantastic! He’s not only funny and energetic, but also super encouraging throughout the class. He’s always dancing and keeping the energy high—it really adds to the good vibes here. We also took the bracelet-making class with him, and once again, he made it so much fun. Cesar truly makes the experience at this hotel even more memorable!

Fantastic time as a couple!
we’ve been trying to go to all of the secrets throughout the whole chain over the last few years. We are accustomed to excellent service and excellent food. we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food! Our favorites were the Asian restaurant that was absolutely spectacular!, The Mediterranean and the Italian were also really good. Our room was clean and had a fantastic view and had a very relaxing time. We enjoyed the size of the resort being big enough to have a lot of options but small enough to get to everywhere pretty quickly. We really enjoyed the club lounge where Carlos the bartender was absolutely fantastic! We visited him every day and he was simply exceptional and his quality of drinks and service. A real asset to the brand.

Great Hotel
Great hotel with great food options and loads of activities. Angel (both the bartender and Mexican Chocolate Angel), Caesar and Orlando were great reps. Rooms are really spacious, I would recommend getting the Vantage club rooms to get you access to the rooftop pool for the days it’s busier in the hotel. All of the evening restaurants you need to book on the day. Using the app you can personalise what services you need day to day in your room such as the bed linen being changed which is a nice touch.

A must try
We love this all inclusive. Angel (Mexican chocolate) was a superb entertainment staff along with Cesar. Highly highly recommend and only getting better
