Nice pretty hotel with Lots of amenities.
Nice stay. Loved Aruba!!!! Hotel very central and service is great. Walking distance to shops, mini markets and food. Beautiful view from my room. Is a little pricey, but pretty much everything in Aruba is pricey.
Random room assignments
I absolutely loved the Hyatt the first time I stayed there. This time was the complete opposite experience. We booked two double beds and received one king, not really a great sleeping arrangement for my family. We were given a family suite for the night, which was nice but we had to check out and move to another room the next day. To add insult to injury they did not move all of our belongings. We had to go and tell the front desk that we were missing items. The staff was unapologetic and not particularly helpful.
Great location, horrible customer service
Benjie L (supervisor) can use an etiquette lesson and be more helpful with getting towels than talking about guest. He is highly selective when enforcing an rules if the pool that is not published in public view. Ashley the manager on duty should take training workshop in customer relations and resolution Arlete and Madeline should not work reception if they are unable to communicate effectively and be transparent with room status.
Horrible customer service
After booking a vacation for my family in January I arrived to find that they were not able to honor my reservation. Instead of an upgrade or even a drink voucher they said sorry and in no way offered to make good on their mistake. I have taken this same vacation and spent over $100,000 in the past five years at this resort. This will be the last. There are plenty of great resorts where you can be treated like a valued customer.
This is not just a hotel. it's truly paradise...amazing resort with multiple level pools with walking paths with beautiful flowers and shrubs and filled with nature and it's beauty. Flowers line the walk ways that make it so pretty to walk around. Spectacular beach and amazing restaurants.
