Great location, staff all helpful, the room was large and well equipped. Breakfast was incredible catering for anything you could need. We stayed on the first floor, it was quiet and comfortable. Whilst we wouldn’t return to San Francisco (it has far too many social issues), this hotel is superb and I’d recommend it.

We did really enjoy our visit. The rooms were nice and we had a very pleasant time in the hotel. Very good breakfast and concerning personal.

Wonderful stay
Wonderful stay in the Rui Plaza,It’s in the perfect location for exploring San Francisco.Close to fisherman’s wharf.Easy walk into the city or take a Waymo driverless taxi,It’s a must do.Alcatraz in in the bay,Golden Gate Bridge in in full few from the quayside,Many good restaurants also close by. All the staff were polite and helpful,Aldo on reception was welcoming which is nice after a long flight.The Hotel is clean,Good facilities,Great breakfast to suit everyone.The room was comfortable and clean with a king size bed,I would say maybe a tad dated but nothing to spoil our stay,It was excellent value for money.

Nice Hotel Great Location
Very Nice Hotel ,Very Close to Fishermans Wharf & Pier 39& 33 .Nice swimming pool area ,rooms comfortable .Very good breakfast
