Resort is very nice up keep is great close to small town and Cancun airport. I can't say enough about the staff they were 10 out of 10 *** Beach is the only con I can see. beach on a 10 scale would be a 4 : rocky shallow kelp grass and only 50 ft from wall to water.
It was beautiful, clean and very friendly. We had a great time and would do it again. We took a room upgrade and we loved it. The food was excellent and varied wonderfully. We did the all inclusive and so glad we did.
Holiday with sister
My sister and I had a wonderful time. The food was great, as was the service. We especially liked the ceviche which was served in the all day restaurant. The room was very comfortable! The staff was there to take care of everything that we needed
Perfect family getaway!
Traveled with 3 generations of both my and my husband’s family including elderly parents and a toddler and there was something for everyone here, between the beautiful beaches and pools, the access to boating and snorkeling at the marina, and the scheduled activities. The place is very well organized and pristine, with friendly and attentive staff and exceptional food and accommodations!
Beautiful resort. There is nightly entertainment with a variety of different shows. This is a family friendly location with a kids club and a teen club. Pools where nice but the water was freezing.. It would be nice if they would consider maybe using solar power to heat the pools. The beach really isn't that great for swimming due to rocks and seaweed. The food was good everywhere we ate. If you eat in the French restaurant it is formal dress (men must wear long pants and closed shoes) One of the things that I found disappointing about the restaurants is that they all look the same with the exception of the Mexican one whose decor was more theme orientated. All the others could change their menu with no change in decor. So not much atmosphere. On the other hand the service was wonderful. Every single person was more than friendly and respectful though I have to give a shout out to our favorite waiter Ricardo in the Italian restaurant. Great service with a smile. I do have to say that the breakfast fare was boring. If your not an egg person there's not really much else to pick from. Out trip was part of a land and sea package that we did thru RCI so we agreed to sit thru the presentation. What was suppose to be a 90 minute presentation ended up being more like a 2 1/2 hours. Apparently No is not a word they wanted to hear. On the whole, the place is really beautiful, nice rooms, clean and we enjoyed a week of R&R.
