Another EXCELLENT Stay at Hotel Coz
We were here for another week in latte March, 2019. It was our second stay, our first being January, 2019. We had another fantastic week! The food, the pool, the beach club and location in town are all nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a top floor room this time and loved it. All the guests seem to have fun here and it’s easy to meet others and strike up conversations. But the most amazing thing here is the staff. I’m impressed with the management here and how well they run this hotel. We’ve actually made some friends among the staff and one evening we went out on the town with several staff members. It was so much fun to be included. Special mention to servers Arturo (my man), Maria, Enrique and Esperanza. Berta, you are wonderful on the grill! Jose kept us happy on the beach, and Victoria was efficient as always at the front desk. We look forward to returning to our favourite place in Cozumel.
nice place to dive! and good staff
i'm a diver and i really recomend this hotel to stay, i had a good times here, the sea is incredible,I could see many species of marine animals, the reefs here are espectacular, and the hotel has everything you need, the staff is so friendly and the food is good, The girl who gave me the towel made me laugh, she was very kind and funny, always smiling, issis was her name. I recommend this hotel to have a good time and enjoy cozumel and its incredible reefs that are really beautiful
very very happy with hotel cozumel y resort, excellent food y excellent service i am a scuba diver
there are lots of different personalities in this world, some would not be happy if there were $50 bills growing on their trees, they would want $100's. I notice many people say rooms are basic, are you going to spend 24 hours a day in the rooms?, the rooms have great air conditioning ,they are clean as a pin with big bathroom, and if you are lucky you get a great view, but i am a diver, and i just want NICE CLEAN ROOM,no noise, TO sleep so i can dive the next morning, and thats is what i get.....the hotel is great value,if you want to spend $2000 a night for a hotel room, you can go to cancun., i am very happy with hotel cozumel and resort. i love their breakfast, and most of the time it is with a great view of the ocean, next to the pier, when i get done diving the great smell of the food makes me very hungry, i notice that they sometimes even have two buffets one on each side of the room, so so much to pick from and I had customized lunch from the cook, she will cook anything you want. remember you are in mexico ,they gave me a key for special lockers so when i get done diving i clean my gear at their cleaning tanks put in lockers.go eat or lay on the beach. people you have to use some common sense, people get mad because they slip on the tile floor, well, dont run, make sure your feet are dry or guess what, wear shoes, my god, i have never seen so many people crying about nothing. I am in paradise hear, and happy to be here and be with hotel cozumel & resort. finally , i dont know what all the fuss is, i loved their food, its fresh, and if you decide in middle of the afternoon to have a hamberger,i have them make me one. laying by their big pool, and relaxing, i dive 3 days on and one day to relax then go again. i stayed in many hotels in cozumel, to me this is one of the best, with great service remember they want tips, so they give great service at the restaurants.very good security, its withing walking distance to good eating is you are not all inclusive. and I noticed a nice fellow named Enrique, he was checking out the pier,so i stopped him one day and asked him what do you do, well he takes the reservations and tries to help the divers,he said he just wanted to make sure the divers got out and everything was ok, usually it is DIVE PARADISE COMPANY BOATS.wow, its nice to know a man like that,Enrique,if you need some help look him up. my wife lays by the pool or i find her over in beach waiting for my boat to come back, so thas nice, and the hotel is centrally located for me to go around the island or to go downtown. the hotel even has crying towels when you have to get ready to come home, I am teasing, its a nice hotel and very nice staff, i am sure you wont be disappointed. oh plenty of bars for drinks if you are a drinker.be careful ! thank you so much hotel cozumel for another great stay.see you in january
Wait staff was wonderfull.
The wait staff were on point, especially Esporanza Valdez, who served us most of the time at this all-inclusive resort. The resort itself was pretty nice, not exceptional, and there was an influx of cruise folks a couple times a week.
We always stay at Hotel Cozumel & Resort! The service is great- Esperanza Valdez takes care of us, knows what each of us “picky people” like at dinner time and always with a SMILE! We look forward to seeing her every night! The Van Gytenbeek Family
