We checked in yesterday afternoon. We booked a king room ocean view for our 45th wedding anniversary. When we got to our room we had two queen beds. We went back to front desk and told no kings available but tomorrow we could move to a king room in the kid’s section of the hotel. Needless to say it has put a damper on our 45th celebration.

This kid club is the best we have seen. Kids had fun, parents could relax. Staff was attentive, everything was clean. Large space with kids activities and play area. Took kids to splash park and pool. Great experience!

October vacation
We had a wonderful vacation with our elementary aged children at this facility. They especially loved the main beach area where they could snorkel to see fish and look at washed up corals. The kids club was incredible, they loved the 3 story climbing structure and all the childcare staff were fun/responsive. They use WhatsApp to message you any updates/requests. The enclave experience was also wonderful. Thank you to all involved!

A cup of coffee while watching the sun rise over the Caribbean followed by yoga on the beach with Sophia Martinez was the way I started every day of our week long trip at the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort. Talk about a perfect start to your day! Sophia is an excellent yoga instructor who led us through 45 minutes of stretching, breathing and meditation. The entire resort was spotless and well maintained. We found that every single staff member who we interacted with was so bright, cheery, polite and helpful - almost hard to believe! We tried every restaurant and found the food and service to be outstanding in every instance. The sommelier team was incredible in introducing you to wonderful Mexican wines (wines around the world as well). Their descriptions and stories about the wind were magical and more important accurate. My wife raved about the Conrad Spa facility and treatments. I enjoyed a day-long excursion booked through an OceanTours office at the hotel. Easy, great day, picked up at the front door and brought back, all on time and a great guide for the day. We were there for the Dia de Muertos and the Hilton put together an amazing show to celebrate this important holiday. We enjoyed other evening events as well. There are over 600 rooms and yet we never felt crowded or ignored. A great experience and one I would recommend over and over again.

An Unforgettable Experience at Hilton Tulum.
I had the incredible opportunity to stay at the Hilton Tulum Riviera May All-Inclusive, and the experience went far beyond my expectations! The resort was spotless, the staff warm and welcoming, and the food absolutely delicious- each restaurant offered fantastic options. I was there teaching Pilates and Aqua Aerobics through Fitness Vacation Exchange, and I can't say enough about the amazing entertainment team, Kevin Perez and Sofia Martinez. They went above and beyond- making sure I stayed hydrated and taking care of every detail, so my classes ran seamlessly.
