If it wasn't for a business trip, I wouldn't have continued to stay here. First day there, and there was hair in the shower and sheets were stained and torn. The room definitely wasn't properly cleaned. I was offered a few credits for my troubles, which looking back was the bare minimum. But turns out the employee forgot to add the credits, when I later checked, but I at least got a breakfast voucher to make up for it. Note - When I called, housekeeping did come up to properly clean and I got new sheets so I'll give them that. I was in Tower 3. My colleagues were in Tower 1 and had a better experience so it may depend on which tower and room you're in. The walls in Tower 3 were pretty thin. Could hear my neighbors. For a hotel such as Hilton, I was expecting better. Hopefully they upgrade the rooms. This may not be much for some people, but when I travel I want to feel comfortable and here I did not after that first day ruined it. I should've been offered another room.

Lovely hotel with pleasant staff Resort fees were given back in credits which we used towards breakfast , which was great Room was clean, comfortable bed , coffee supplied (was very nice coffee) The autumn display in reception was so nice The only thing that let it down was location for us ....we mainly wanted to be down fishermans wharf end, so was $20 every trip we did....rode in a Waymo which was cool 🚕 We did walk it a few times, but felt a bit sketchy at night

Great Location!
Great location in Union Square. We were able to check in about 1030am which was greatly appreciated. Sky lounge/bar on 46th floor has been amazing views of the city. We stayed on the 16th floor in tower 3 right off the roof top pool. Our room had Crabtree shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and lotion along with a coffee maker. King size bed was comfortable. Housekeeping will make up room and replace towels put on the floor. Overall a good neighborhood, stray homeless people down the street kept to themselves. We would stay here again.

Great Staff
The lobby was clean and inviting. Decorated for the fall season. Doormen were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were on top of check in and requests. Housekeeping did a good job with keeping the room replenished and clean The room was nice and spacious with modern furnishings. The bathroom door handle kept falling off, but we managed. Beds were soft and comfortable. Small sofa at the window was a nice touch. You pay for a view. So, that will vary on price and location. We had a city view, so we saw the buildings in downtown and nearby apartments. The hotel is surrounded by buildings. Herb n’ Kitchen is located in hotel. You can get a breakfast sandwich, pastries, salads, sandwiches, coffee, snacks and more. Very clean and staff were great. The hotel also has a couple of other places to eat and the cool sky bar. The hotel location is great during the day. Central to most attractions and within waking distance to shops and restaurants in the Union Square area. At night, this is not what you want if you’re walking. Homeless, hookers, druggies, and just not good. This is not the hotels fault, it’s the location. We took an Uber to where we needed to go at night and walked around during the day. Hotel Parking was a little pricey at $70 per day. We took an Uber around town or walked., Uber to SFO $40-46 Parking at Hotel $70 per night Parking Garage $46 per night Walk - Ferry Building 30 minutes Walk - Union Square 5 minutes Walk - Market Street 5 minutes You can also rent a car for the day, but definitely book in advance. There is a rental car company at the hotel and four directly across the street. Overall it was a good stay.

I had an amazing experience at the Hilton Union Square in San Francisco. I stayed on the 40th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning waking up to that skyline was something I won’t forget! Parking was super easy in the secure garage, which made coming and going stress-free a big plus in a busy city like SF. The hotel felt very safe and well-managed throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the outdoor pool and hot tub such a great way to relax after a long day. I also loved the 24-hour grab & go market in the lobby. It had solid breakfast options, snacks, and drinks whenever I needed something quick and convenient. Don’t miss the bar on the 46th floor — the views are next level and the cocktails are just as impressive. I especially loved the passionfruit drink super refreshing and well-crafted. The location is unbeatable close to Union Square, great for sightseeing or attending events, and easy access to public transportation. Overall, this is a stunning hotel with excellent amenities, top-notch service, and a truly unforgettable atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!
