May 23, 2025Couple of nights in Nola
Everything was great, location, rooms, service etc!! Definitely would stay again and recommend to everyone! We have stayed in multiple places here, this is definitely at the top of the list! Must see and stay! The only thing I would change is parking, but you got that in all of downtown Nola.

Amazing birthday trip
Me and my husband decided to celebrate my brithday at Hilton Riverside for 3 nights and it was amazing. The checking was smooth and quickly, the young lady Alice checked us in was super sweet and professional. We upgraded the room to the new rennovated floor with the riverview to her suggestion and it was worth it. The room has blue pastel color and wonderful Missisippi view on the 23rd floor. Bill at the restaurant took us a good care and the oyster at Dragos was the best. We accidently drank the Fiji water inside the room and it's $5/bottle and only on the last day we discover they also have another free bottle of water, you just need to tell them to deliver to your room.

Highly recommend this hotel
The check in was very easy and they let us check in at 10:30 AM since our flight got in so early. The room is very clean and spacious. The area of the hotel is perfect as it’s so close to the French Quarter. The hotel is huge! I booked through Trivago for a slightly lower price and I was concerned it was a scam but it turned out great. Highly recommend.

There was no jacuzzi in the pool area which was a great deception. No bath , just a shower in my room. The personnel at the restaurants and bell desk were not nice and were actually rude. I did not feel welcomed at all but felt more like an annoyance or just another customer… The food from room service and Drago’s restaurant were not good at all. Very disappointed. The room was clean and the housekeeper did a good job.

Stayed here before and after our cruise. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. I found the elevators run down and confusing. The rooms were in excellent condition, we had both the renovated and non renovated rooms. Ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was not very good for the price.
