Really nice stay
Although it was definitely busy during our stay, overall this Hilton property was very accommodating and comfortable. Great view from pool (we selected our room based on the pool/gym level for convenience)! This location is VERY close to many amenities and only a couple of blocks to the beach. Restaurant downstairs is nice and a good size. We especially appreciated the little market downstairs for goodies.
2nd visit at this hotel and still amazing
This hotel continues to be one of my favorite hotels in the Waikiki area. It is across from the international market. The staff is very professional. They also have fresh coffee available in the lobby every morning. The hotel has a store and restaurant attached to it. There is a very expensive daily valet parking fee charged to the room. Also a resort fee is added. Issues: If you are faces certain parts of the city there is a big homeless corner located within view.
Almost $900 for a 3 night stay w/ $42 a night for valet. No self parking. Room was very small with the sink right when you walk into the door. Good location but doesn't make up for the price. Pay the extra money and stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village instead.
The staff were very welcoming, gave us great advice on places in the area to visit or eat at. The rooms were neat and tidy, had everything you really need and more. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Hilton and will always book through them if they are an option in the area I’m visiting.
Lacking in customer service
Received attitude from restaurant staff and valet Staff. Showerhead kept falling down . They also put a hold on two of credit cards but never could give me a answer on why. They offered a free tropical drink each day which came from a bottle which they made off like it’s something special.
