What an amazing staff all the way around! From check into valet… And the room service is on point!!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend plus it’s so close to the beach food right when walk outside!

Jun 11, 2025Faulty smoke detectors and accusations of smoking fee charges
Why are alot of people noting on reviews and google that they were charged a $300+ smoking fee with a faulty smoke detector and with no ramification of how the hotel is stopping this or preventing this from happening. Visitors should not experience such trouble on their vacation especially when they are paying such a high resort fee to be treated with such manner. I'm concerned to stay here as typically I prefer to stay at Hiltons and I am a member but this is making myself and I'm sure many others to prevent this hotel, to avoid unnecessary hassle. The Hotel should definitely look into this matter as every 3-4 reviews I've read 1 will have experienced this.

AMAZING!!
The room was really spotless and the bed was made well:) the pillow were left exceptionally fluffy! My restroom had everything in place. I just want to thank Cecile for the amazing customer service and for supporting my mission by providing a clean room for me.

Great Yogaclass 🩷
Wonderful Yogaclass! Great and lovely teacher 🩷 gave good advise and it was a perfect mix of stretch, power and calm. I really love that the hotel offers this Kind of class in the morning. Started very relaxed and feeling strong in the day. Thank you so much!!

Great Cleaning Staff
I am visiting for an extended stay and Cecile always leaves my room in perfect conditions. The attention to details is most noticeable like placing my beauty products on a towel on the counter. It’s a nice way to come home after work. I have a lot of things an nothing is ever out of place, but instead right where I left it

For each night of stay (with a fully paid resort fee) every guest room will receive 3 daily credits that can be applied towards rentals to include: Bodyboards, Paddleboards, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Beach Toys, and more! Guests reserve their rentals using their daily credits upon arrival to the resort. Other activities at Beach Candy such as Fitness Classes, Surf Lessons and more can be booked at an additional cost.
