Exceptional family holiday. Luxury hotel, food and drinks. Amazing hotel stuff and service. Specially Marcos at reception and Roccia from lobby. Highly recommend high floor rooms with oceanfront views.

Wonderful Trip with Family
Ariana our server gave us such good service . Also Pedro Kanil was excellent very good server . Angel Dominque’s is a bartender who was also excellent , very friendly and made our trip . I would mention Veronica also who is very good .

Currently staying at Hilton Cancun. Hotel is lovely- it’s modern, ultra clean, food is fantastic quality and the staff are a real asset. I had read reviews before arrival that mentioned that the pool area needs some attention due to broken tiles etc but honestly don’t worry about this- the pool areas are really great. There is an adults/quieter pool with really nice vibe and more active pool where the kids and flumes are. Both are immaculate and great service with staff eager to serve drinks. We found quality of drinks excellent. The only reason I have only rated the hotel a 3 is due to the fact they have large conference facilities and the conference attendees use the same facilities as holiday guests. So at breakfast and lunch it’s awful, you can barely get a seat or near the food for the sheer number of people from the conference pushing in. At night the bar area also full of the conference attendees gathered in large groups being noisy and disruptive. I come on holiday to escape work, not feel I’m back in the middle of it. Any conference I’ve attended has had separate catering facilities and areas for attendees so why Hilton feels it’s ok to mix conference and holiday hotel guests together escapes me. You must do better Hilton! If you are looking to stay in a holiday atmosphere I’d stay elsewhere.
