I’ll start with the positives… food is good for a resort and drinks are good. Now the negative…. My wife and I booked the resort online and afterwards Hilton said the adults only pool will be closed for maintenance. No compensation or refund was offered. How can you close the main attraction of your resort and not offer compensation??? Also, the excursion office sold us on an boat tour as being all inclusive, but when we showed up next morning we found out is wasn’t and we were dropped off on a island without money or our wallets. Our wives didn’t feel safe. We have stayed at multiple Mexican resorts and Hilton’s (of all places) felt the most UNSAFE. We will not be back. Be aware of what the staff try to sell you.

Amazing 1 week family stay
Best family hotel, with amazing staff and service. We booked through Costco and were happy from the arrival to the check out. The staff Meade every meal and experience simple and easy. Big shot out to Bernardo and team (Jeorge, Fede, Ceci & Herman) for making every breakfast special, regardless of how busy it was or how rude other guest were to them, they were always kind, professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would recommend for the hotel become more uber friendly as taxi/transport companies make it cost prohibitive to leave the property, but other than that an amazing time!

G Relaxing and enjoyable vacation
We recently stayed at the Hilton Cancun Hotel for 5 nights and 6 days, and our experience was wonderful overall. Here is a detailed account of our stay: Highlights of Our Stay Late Check-In and Room Service We arrived around midnight for a late check-in and were pleasantly surprised to find that room service was available. The room service team was excellent, delivering promptly and ensuring our comfort right from the start. Exceptional Customer Service The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The level of effort they put into serving customers was impressive. Special mention to Suzie from the pilates session—she was an amazing teacher who guided us through exercises with patience and expertise. Entertainment and Activities The entertainment team was fabulous, creating a vibrant ambiance throughout our stay. Gustavo and Carla (with her iconic “Maria, bring me a tequila” line!) stood out as the heart and soul of the team. Daily animations and activities catered to both kids and adults, and the nightly events like the silent disco and glow-in-the-dark evenings were a real treat. Our favorite events were the silent disco and casino nights, which were a blast. Dining Experience The buffet offered a good variety of food, providing enough options to fill up quickly. Desserts were a highlight, and the quality of food at dinner and breakfast was consistently good. The Italian restaurant stood out for its exceptional culinary experience, with quick and attentive service. Room and Amenities We stayed in a room on the left side of the all-inclusive buildings, which offered a breathtaking sea view. Every morning, opening the curtains to that view was a delight. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job, leaving our room spotless every day. Additionally, the gym was well-equipped with modern Life Fitness equipment, which we appreciated. Safety and Security We felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay. The staff’s attention to detail and the overall environment contributed to this sense of comfort. Cons While our stay was largely enjoyable, there were a few areas that could be improved: Sunset Exposure: The location lacked good sunset views, and it got cold relatively early in the evening. Limited Towels: Towels were sometimes in short supply, making it a bit inconvenient at times. Pool Beds and Chairs: Finding a pool bed or transact chair was challenging unless you had reserved or purchased availability. This could be frustrating when the hotel was at full capacity. Pool: Pool was not heated and even end of November its still pretty windy with chill temperatures, not making the pool very welcoming. But you get accustomed to it. Overall, we had an amazing time at Hilton Cancun Hotel. From the friendly staff and engaging activities to the comfortable accommodations and delicious food, our stay was both relaxing and enjoyable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the positives far outweighed the negatives. We wholeheartedly recommend Hilton Cancun to anyone looking for a great vacation experience.

Great experience at the Hilton Cancun
Amazing property with great rooms, public áreas and restaurants. A special mentionto Chritopher deom the italian restauant who elevates our dinning experience. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay a memorable trip. we will definetly choose this property ID we travel again to Cancun.

Amazing experience. Was very impressed with the entire hotel and will definitely come back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pools were clean and the kids pool was great! My sons stayed in the pools the entire time!
