Roberto was amazing poolside. Attentive, friendly and kind. He made our stay very enjoyable! When we return we will be sure to ask for Roberto. He made us feel welcome and appreciated. Roberto is a great reason to visit the pool area at the Hilton Cancun.

You will want for nothing!!
Amazing!!!!! Tons of chairs and servers at the pool. Plenty and quick bar tenders. Special thanks to Humberto, abel and Maxal in the taqueria. Luxury room with high end decor and linen. Room service was quick and the suites were very clean Beautiful restaurants. Maxal was the best Mexican we went twice. The grounds are well kept and tropical. White sandy beach. Hoping to return in the future. 💯 recommend.

Our experience at the Hilton was amazing. We stayed for 3 days and felt like we were getting great value for our money. The rooms were clean, pool was nice, and food was good, however the BEST part of our stay was the kids club. Our kids all loved Dixie and she was really nice and communicated well with us. We have been to many places for vacation and this resort was by far one of the best we have been to. I would highly recommend bringing your kids to the kids club here.

Amazing!
Alan has gone above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time together while we stay in the Hilton. Out of all the bars they had we had the best experience in the south pool bar where you can see Alan mixing some amazing drinks! Enjoy your time in this beautiful place!
