We just returned from a fabulous week at the beautiful Hilton Cancún ! The Hilton is a fairly new resort only opened in 2021 and everything looks like new. The rooms were spacious, clean and our complimentary bar fridge was always topped up with our favourites. The beds were super comfy and you could order room service if your heart desired. The food was fabulous our favourites were La Luce, Maxal and of course Auma (the yummy steak house) Our waiters at all of the restaurants were great, speedy and friendly!!! Make sure to book your reservations early for these ones so you don’t miss out! We also enjoyed the quesadilla station of the buffet for breakfast, the smoothie bar was fun and of course lots of tacos!!! I was recently at the Hilton for a fitness exchange and got to know a lot of the entertainment and fitness crew! Big shout out to Angel, Rocko and Saul for going above and beyond making me fell welcome, setup and your kindness was definitely felt! You can really tell Rocko loves what he does when he’s teaching Pilates or morning yoga! I would not hesitate to recommend the Hilton to my friends and family

Smoothies with Joel
Joel Josas was the best in making any smoothies! Delicious!! Everything was fresh and mind blowing. He also was always very friendly with great sense of humor!!! Whatever you desire he would delivered. Strongly recommend to stop by his station and enjoy any of his delicious drinks

Fantastic family getaway especially with young children
We loved our stay at Hilton Cancun this past early July weekend. The staff were amazing, friendly and always accommodating. The rooms and facilities were gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were surprised by the quality of the food and really enjoyed all the restaurants there. The highlight of our stay was definitely the Kid’s Club which allowed us to drop off our 4 year old son during specific time blocks in the day. The teachers there, Arge, Dani, Nath, Ale, Dixie, Rubi, Gris and Eli were exceptional, extremely communicative and made our son feel welcome and loved. We felt extremely safe leaving him there with the staff as they were able to contact us no matter where we were in the resort via WhatsApp. He kept wanting to go back every single day and we couldn’t keep him away from going there! Thank you Hilton staff for a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable vacation and especially big thanks to the Kid’s Club team. We will definitely be back!

Our waiter at Maxal was fantastic! Friendly, attentive, and quick without being overbearing. They made great recommendations and kept everything running smoothly. Definitely made our meal more enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back!
