    Stayed for conference

There were a couple of things: 1st the Starbucks closed at 4pm when the guest service Manuel in the room stated 6pm. The water (that is usually complimentary) was 5$ each. The shower cocking looked like it needed to be redone. It was nasty.

    Hilton stole our money

BEWARE IF YOU CANCEL! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I recently hosted a large DJ stage at a large convention at Anaheim Convention Center over the weekend of 22-24 November 2019. We decided to put our Headliner DJ at the Hilton to take advantage of the Convention Discount, even tho the rooms were still pretty expensive. We had another room booked just in case we had another Artist to put up in a room, but turned out we didn't need it so we cancelled the room, well in advance of the cutoff time. Get home and start finalizing the budget sheet and I notice that WE WERE CHARGED FOR THE CANCELLED ROOM. We called the Hilton and after 2 managers and 40 minutes, THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL THE CHARGE FOR THE ROOM WE DIDN'T USE!! The management at this place are thieves. We spent over $500 for the room we used. There was no reason (even if they couldn't find a record of the cancellation on their end) to charge us for the cancelled room. They still got plenty of money from us. We also had a room at the Marriott Residence Inn at the convention center, and we spent $1700 on that room...MONEY WELL SPENT. The bottom line is, we are a business that is willing to spend whatever it takes to take care of our partners, clients, DJs, performers, and our own crew. WE WILL NEVER SPEND A DOLLAR AT A HILTON EVER AGAIN. BE WARNED. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ROOM, CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS CAREFULLY. Zero stars. Customer service that cost the Hilton Thousands of dollars. We have been hosting a music stage at this convention for 5 years, and we will be back in Anaheim Nov 2020 once again...but will NEVER book a room at any Hilton. We also work closely with the event organizer, and we will do everything we can to encourage the host to NOT use the Hilton as the "preferred" hotel. STAY AT THE MARRIOTT, BETTER ROOMS, BETTER LOCATION, BETTER SERVICE.

    Convention hotel

Good things: Great proximity to convention center, great staff, food court alternatives to overpriced hotel restaurant; food quality for event catering was excellent. Bad things: A little worn; ridiculous charge to use gym, even for Honors members.

    Great location large hotel

The lobby at this hotel is super large and beautiful. You have everything you might need right inside hotel lobby like a full service Starbucks, quick service and full dining restaurants. A bar with food as well. A convenience store. A car rental agency, a FedEx, literally anything you might need is there. We stayed during Labor day, we live in San Diego and are Disneyland AP's, the location is within walking distance to the free shuttles at the Disneyland parking lot down the block. Also we walked to hotel at night & we did exactly 15 minutes from Disneyland entrance to time we walked into hotel lobby. The rooms are a bit outdated as well as hotel hallways, but I'm sure they will remodel soon as it appears the lobby was recently renovated.

    Anaheim Hilton (Conversation Center)

Stayed here for 2 night during Thanksgiving vacation. Fast and friendly check in. It is a 5 minute walk to Disneyland. I have stayed at almost all the hotels and motels, being an Disney annual pass holder, but Hilton is my standard go to hotel.
