The hotel is a two minute drive from the airport yet you never hear planes! Fantastic location. If you are All Inclusive ask for the included bus pass. We toured the Island daily & ferry using these. The drivers & people are so friendly. The hotel food is unbelievable. The Chef Dominic introduced himself to us....what a lovely Gentlemen. They made me a stunning cake as a surprise on my Birthday. The fish dishes are the best I have ever had. The red snapper was my favourite. Rooms are very clean & modern. Each waiter was lovely, our favourites were, Vinay, Darrio, Raymond & lovely Michael. Many thanks for a magical stay in your lovely hotel on a beautiful Island!

The most restful and beautiful place in Bermuda!
I have chosen to spend time every year at Grotto Bay Beach Resort with both my husband and yearly with my friend Mary. It is so safe that I have sometimes returned solo for a much needed break from Winter weather. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this Resort is. The entire Staff is amazing, so friendly, kind and helpful. All the rooms face the turquoise waters and they are spacious, spotless and relaxing. The Hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the food is delicious. The Spa in the Caves is beautiful and decadent; the Beach Bar and Restaurant is open to the breezes and again, faces the waters. The beach is pristine with various types of rental equipment and the water is gorgeous and inviting; the pool is very clean and a lot of fun. They have a newly-opened Roof-Top Bar that I'll try out on my next visit. There are also cabs outside the entrance and a bus stop right across the road for your convenience. I cannot say enough great things about Grotto Bay Beach Resort!

First time visting bermuda
We booked this hotel through British airways as we had a family wedding to attend, we knew that Bermuda was expensive as family live here. We chose grotto bay hotel as they offered fully inclusive and had good reviews, we were welcomed by the porter and shown to reception the ladies on there were lovely and gave us everything we needed to know. We booked into the dining room for dinner and loved our first meal, the waiters were lovely and helpful and so polite. The beach is lovely and so we decided to go kayaking which is free on the all inclusive package what fun we had, would definitely be doing that again. Getting buses around the island is easy and reception sell the tickets, bus drivers were helpful aswell. Thank you grotto bay hotel for a wonderful stay and thank you Bermuda for a wonderful holiday. We will be back

The staff was excellent and the location is fantastic. However, from staying at a variety of resorts and hotels in general, the price was expensive . All around the island is pricy, but I've never stayed at a resort paying about $500/night and not even incude bottled waters. It's just the bare room unless you pay extra for the inclusive meal package per person. The property is building up, looking like an extension, but I hope it works on getting an update as well.

A true paradise in Bermuda ♥
We just came back from a vacation to Bermuda and we stayed at Grotto Bay Beach for the second time ♥ We came back to Grotto Bay Beach because of the way that we were treated by the entire staff who are wonderful and the delicious meals that we were served. On this trip, we had a repeat of amazing staff who will do anything to make your stay a great experience. The resort has gone through some renovations which are fabulous. The restaurants, the new Panarama Lounge where they had the rum swizzle manager's reception on Monday with delicious hors d'oeuvres. , are fantastic. Great big windows so you don't miss a minute of the views of the bay, the well kept grounds. From the time that we got our room key from Ehbone until the time that we left, we truly enjoyed all of the facilities. As I have celiac, my meals must be gluten-free and I give so much praise to the chefs of Grotto Bay. Jeff sat with me on our arrival, Marie was fantastic at taking my orders for the our meals. She's a true gem ♥ Dominique also checked on me. To me, this means a lot as it is a true vacation. The food is so delicious. All of the managers chat with the guests, and are available if you need them. The location is always perfect, so close to the airport, and there's a bus stop right in front that will take you around the island. All that we can hope for is that we have a chance to return to Grotto Bay Beach as it is our favorite vacation destination. Thank you to all of the staff for your kindness and for being so cooperative as I love taking pictures ♥
