This is not a property I would recommend a children. My kids are five and three when you look on their website it says the children’s area on all the places that kids can play with the video games when you actually go there it says juniors club, which is for 13 to 18 the section where the children go and it’s a daycare is for kids who just can play with blocks. My kids were bored the show is at night not one thing said in English my kids good thing know the show is or the movies that they were doing because they were not interested at all. They could not understand anything said there is zero nightlife. One of the buffets are closed on a Tuesday and I did not know that until I went to management because I was not allowed to take food out of the bar to feed my children so basically I would’ve went to the buffet thinking we can go eat dinner and we couldn’t. They said it was in my email when I checked in when I pulled it up there was nothing in my email.

Don't go unless you're having wedding
Would not recommend. No dinner resos, everything closed atleast once a week Only sports bar at night for anything to do Rooms not cleaned

Anayeli was a great pool host ! She kept us well hydrated ! Carlos at the beach was amazing as well ! He kept us well taken care of !

Disappointed
I already filled out a giant survey with complaints and then was lead to this. Long story short, the "Family Section" is not family friendly, it's not all inclusive, it's still under a lot of construction, we do not have any services that are included in the "Adult Only" side, etc. Even though we were part of the wedding party for my sister-in-law and my daughter was the flower girl, we were completely excluded from hanging out with our family because apparently, thr aunt only side and family side are owned by completely different companies and we were not allowed to access anything over there. The rooms were so wet and humid that we couldn't sleep because we were laying in moisture and even oir bills and passports laying on the dresser warped. This was incredibly disappointing. Would not recommend going here if you have children.

Great tennis lesson at Rafa Nadal
I had a tennis lesson with Ismael. In one hour we could find the sweet spot of my weaknesses and could concentrate on them.. great hour, funny time, excellent tips.
