Waste of your money
This property is dirty, the service is just AWFUL, and the security sucks. Do not waste your money. The room is filthy and falling apart and had a very odd smell. Service was awful - unfriendly staff and if you wanted room service? Good luck.
Do Not Recommend a stay here!
Rooms are very outdated and unclean. There was mold in our shower. Our mini fridge was broken and only had 5 drinks in it. Female staff very rude. We only liked the view and pool. If it wasn't for our friends, we would have had a horrible stay.
Had an amazing holiday all the staff go above and beyond to help and to make your stay the best especially the entertainment team who spend all day keeping you entertained cheekbone, power, thorn, marvin, summer were fantastic entertainers
Service and fitness class was excellent. Gym is clean and spacious. Fitness instructor Rochelle was excellent! Definitely recommend abs & glutes class during your trip. Towels and water always available. Tonya and Bernadette by way of Atlanta, GA
Amazing 10 days
Me and my wife stayed in this amazing hotel for our honeymoon. Firstly, I’ve seen some of the reviews that mention how rude the staff are here. WHAT?.. are you kidding!.. I’m not going to name any member of staff personally, as they all work so hard to make sure YOU, have an amazing time. Everyone from the cleaners, to the restaurant staff, the entertainment team, the grounds men, were all fantastic. Our stay couldn’t have gone any better. Say hello or ‘yeah mon’ and you get it back. On tips, it’s not expected and get the same level of service whether you give a tip or not. We was giving a dollar here, two dollars there, no problem. We stayed in a junior suite (apartment 32) overlooking Sunset Cove. The view was amazing and the room is massive. Fridge stocked everyday, jacuzzi, walk in shower even a proper steam iron, happy days. The beaches, and there are three, are pristine and kept clean by the beach staff. By two of the beaches are two jerk chicken huts. There are two pools, an adults only pool, with a lovely coral beach and the massive, Infinity pool. This is where all the daily entertainment takes place. There are ample beds. Yes, you do get the early towel droppers, but as they say in Jamaica, no problem, there’s plenty of beds. There are ten restaurants, two of which are the buffet restaurants. The only place we didn’t eat was the Poseidon fish restaurant, only because this is used as the wedding venue and there were at least five weddings during our stay. We did one excursion to Dunn’s River, including the 9 mile tour up to Bob Marley’s house, where he was born and is buried. This is a must for me. If you go here, enjoy as I know you will. We have booked for next year already. Thank you Grand Palladium Jamaica resort .. ‘yea mon’🇯🇲
