    Book this resort

I just got back from a week long stay here. I’ve stayed at another all inclusive resort, but this one was the best. The food was great which isn’t always the case at the all inclusive resorts. The rooms were always cleaned well. The staff in every department was great and friendly. The pools were great and spacious. Don’t forget to go the spa- it was amazing!! It’s a huge resort, so you should walk around so you don’t miss anything! The resort is a little ways from some tourist attractions, luckily there are shuttles for excursions booked through the hotel. I recommend this resort, overall and would definitely stay here again!

    Really good

It was a great atmosphere. The hotel staff was very professional. Thanks for the great experience. Convenience is their speciality. Shuttle to everywhere you need to go. The only setback was even though you got the basic rundown at the front desk it would be nice to have an actual schedule of activities and restaurants hours in the room.

    Standards have slipped

I've stayed at this hotel on many occasions but have to say, standards have slipped. Furniture and decor need updating. Bedroom floor and bathroom tiles cracked. Given standard armband dispute my numerous stays at the hotel. No senior member of staff available to deal with concerns. Food standards have slipped. Food offered was more or less the same every day. Furniture needs updating in main dinning room. Beware of garden grounds men. They pick flowers for you and then ask for money!!! Staff need major training in customer service. A lot of staff unfriendly and not approachable. I'm disabled and have to say a massive thank you to Darrell and his colleagues for their kindness transporting me from my room and back. The team of buggy drivers are the only thing that I can say, are an asset to the hotel. Unfortunately, cant see myself returning as dont feel for the price that this hotel is worth its star rating.

    Terrible customer service and management

We went for Christmas you would think they would prepare for the high volume of people. I understand waiting for maybe an hour for a room due to a lot of people but we waited three and when we got our room no towels no sheets and no mini bar my dads room one bed instead of two and they wouldn’t fix it. They never cleaned our room and when we complained they just gave us more towels. Three hour wait for restaurants then when u do sit down two hours for food and waitress rude... all his test were rude. They offer free water sports but the guy was never at the desk to schedule it when we went to the front desk to ask where he was they had no clue then guessed a time which was wrong. The coupons are a joke. The only good part of the trip was the rum. The pools close at 6 pm super early and they are not open all day so u have to rush down in the morning to get in before they close. Restaurants are subpar. Would not recommend it’s a waist of money stay somewhere else management is terrible.
