Not enough capacity in restaurants for the total guests... The rooms are just ok and the food doesnt taste near good... Bad room service The beach is ok and the hotel has a good entretainment staff and activities Wouldnt come back soon!
I went with my best friend and we had an amazing time. The food wasn't good at all but the service was great. We went to a bar every night and met Carlos and Jonathan, they were the best bartenders. The night life there was good. Coyote Loco was the best, they would have bad music at the beginning of the night but once 10:30 pm rolls around, the music would be good. Would recommend for groups of friends who want to have a fun time partying.
Check in was fast and easy. Room wasn’t ready so we went to go eat. Came back the room was ready a bellboy helped us to our clean room with an amazing view of the ocean. House keeping did fantastic job cleaning our room. Food was pretty good. Drinks were good. Just wish the bars had a drink list. Beach was breathtaking. Loved laying on the sun beds. Shows were good. We definitely will be back!!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We want to thank all the staff they work so hard.

If I have to start complaining about this hotel , list is endless.But here are few highlights of our experience: 1. We booked this hotel through Sunwing , pictures were great , it was all-inclusive, and supposedly 4 Stars (they claim to be , but honestly i ll give it 0 stars if there was an option). Everything was fitting our criteria , so we booked it for 4 people. 2. Day 1st we reach there , there was no one to help with our luggage , we had to drag our bags from the stairs to the reception. 3. Ok , so here is the big one !!! This hotel apparently has 3 buildings : a) Pyramid b) Grand Oasis c) Grand Oasis Elite On the website , they have not mentioned anywhere about this partition. Moreover these divisions have different levels of service. Pyramid being the best one of all. So we discovered that our booking was for Grand Oasis and not the Pyramid. I was disappointed but then I was like it's ok , just the room is not going to be fancy. But guess what , you cant even access all the good restaurants. Coming back to our room , it was in a horrible condition. I am not a picky person and usually easy going. so imagine this coming from a non-picky person. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Our room had 2 beds , dirty beds and there was a big YELLOW STAIN on one of the beds I slept. Room was stinking , washroom was again a disaster , taps were leaking , flush was not working , shower was smelly. Yellow spots freaking everywhere. We could not bear this and went to the reception , they did not change our room as they were full according to them. And not to mention , they did not even assign us Grand Oasis room , just because they were full , they put us in 3rd level , expecting we wont find out. Unfortunately , we ended up sleeping in that room. All of us were feeling itchy, very bad stay indeed! To sum up my point 3 , they are doing false marketing , putting nice pictures of the resort , not being transparent with the people about the different levels of the service, and not to mention hotel is poorly managed. Service is terrible , big lines everywhere for all the restaurants, stains everywhere , unclean and smelly washrooms. 4. Here is another BIG one , we rented car from the hotel. Just because of their own negligence , we were not able to return the car on time , we were 40 mins late and guess what, they charged us for half of the day. So we decided to talk to the Car manager. This guy is a Scammer , he literally shouted at us on phone and harassed us by raising his voice and by overcharging. Literally negative customer service , they just want to loot people.He was so rude, he ruined our entire day and overcharges us. Hotel did nothing about this whole situation, we explained them multiple times , but they just ignored us and waited till we leave the hotel. We felt we were SCAMMED !!!! Advice to the future tourist , Don't fall for their bad marketing , you ll ruin your vacation. There are so much better hotels around. Please go somewhere !!
Dirty & old rooms (even ocean view) just look at the room’s wall in the picture. awful foods!! U ll end up to stay hungry or eat outside hotel...staff does not speak english! Terrible service. Do not waste your money.
