Thank you for making our Honeymoon so special!
Aside from the beautiful venue, what really makes a holiday is the company you share and the friends you make. Really need to make special mention to some lovely staff who we made friends with on our holiday. These guys made us feel incredibly welcome, were very knowledgeable and knew what to recommend to make our trip more special, they are truly experts in their profession and put smiles on our faces, thank you x From the Pyramid check in desk: Marco From the Pyramid Fountainnebleu Cocktail Bar: Victor Pedro Roberto Nathaniel Can’t remember his name fully Ivan... I loved the location of the room, right near the beach overlooking the ocean. The room was average and clean. But there were a few times, when there was no hot water. The food in the restaurants was good. I loved the Japanese place. Not a lot of options for breakfast-just the buffet. The Buffett was ok. I loved the pools and Spa.
Best bar in the resort is the sports bar by far! Amazing atmosphere and very attentive and friendly staff. Luis and Carlos looked after us so well for our two week trip... we ended up here every day 😀
Over priced and outdated
We spent 7 nights here for our honeymoon and we’re a little disappointed.. we checked in at 5:00pm and could only find one restaurant in the whole resort to get something to eat. The rooms are pretty old and falling apart a bit. Our balcony window leaked so our floor got flooded and mosquitoes kept finding a way in. Staff were pretty friendly overall. We payed $50USD for a WiFi package that didn’t work despite trying a few options from the hotel - they would not give us a refund or compensation. The beach was lovely, the food is pretty decent (depending where you eat), drinks are cold but I definitely don’t think it’s value for money..
The hotel was perfect The food is good not too long wait for the restaurantes the staff The room was clean The house keeps did a great job The concierge services all the person who works are incredible U rock guys!
