    horrible

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about the absolute nightmare I experienced at this hotel. I have stayed in many places around the world, but this was by far the most disgusting and disappointing hotel I have ever seen. From the moment I arrived, everything felt off. The lobby had a strange odor, and the staff barely acknowledged my presence. Check-in was slow, and the receptionist seemed annoyed to answer basic questions. When I finally got to my room, I was horrified. The carpet was stained, the walls were dirty, and the bed sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed. I even found hair on the pillow and dust everywhere. It was obvious that cleaning was not a priority. The bathroom was even worse — mold in the shower, broken tiles, and a constant smell of sewage. I honestly felt uncomfortable touching anything. And don’t get me started on the food. The buffet was a joke. Most of the food looked like it had been sitting out for hours, cold and unappetizing. I tried to eat a small plate just to get by, but everything tasted awful. The meat was undercooked, the vegetables soggy, and the desserts seemed expired. I ended up eating outside the hotel for the rest of my stay. The noise level was also unbearable. I could hear every footstep in the hallway, doors slamming all night, and even loud arguments from other rooms. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. In short, this hotel was a disaster in every way — dirty, noisy, unprofessional, and with terrible food. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. It

    Last time ever

I have been to this hotel 4 times the first time the stay was really great. So I decided to bring my mom and we really enjoyed. The 3rd time was with my mom’s sisters. My mom really like the hotel and wanted her sisters enjoy it as well. The problems started there. booked through a 3rd party and got really bad rooms…the showers were missed up and air conditioning was broke in 3 out of the 4 rooms I got. I noticed the hotel was under construction so I thought that it would improve. This 4th time I got the rooms through their website. Keep in mind that the 1st through the 3rd time I stayed, I got through a third party. This time I thought the rooms were going to be way better since I paid directly through them. I also didn’t expect to be awarded anything just better service since I paid them. The rooms smelled like mold. The sheet smelled like mold. In the shower the hot water was not working. The metal that’s pulled to start the shower would fly off and a stream of water would come out of there. Most of the waiters were very friendly but there some that would be very rude and would not come for request from us. This will be the last time I will be going here.

Horrible Experience – Avoid This Resort!

Room type: Tower One, Oceanfront Upgrade Room type: Tower One, Oceanfront Upgrade Let me start by saying that I’m not the type of person who usually leaves reviews — but the experience I had at Grand Oasis All-Inclusive (booked through Monster Reservations) was so disappointing that I felt it was necessary to warn others. Check-in was a disaster. We waited nearly two hours, and despite having booked the room over a month in advance, they couldn’t find our reservation in the system. After that mess, I paid extra for a beachfront view in Tower One, expecting a better experience — but it got worse. • The toilet didn’t flush unless I manually lifted the tank lid. • The AC didn’t work, even after I reported it multiple times. • Staff claimed they had come to fix it, but no one showed up. • When I confronted Salvador from Tower One, he accused me of lying. Thankfully, a technician named José eventually confirmed the AC was broken, just like I had said all along. The room smelled musty, the shower pressure was terrible, and there was little to no hot water. Despite several complaints, no one took responsibility or resolved the issues. The food was subpar — often served cold, unless cooked right in front of you. I recommend asking for hot meals specifically every time. Otherwise, be prepared to be disappointed. While the ocean view was beautiful, the water conditions made swimming unsafe. High tides and rough waves made it difficult to enjoy the beach on-site. You’re better off going to places like Maroma Beach or Isla Mujeres for a proper beach experience. The building itself is outdated and poorly maintained. It either needs a major renovation or to be completely rebuilt. On the weekend, the hallways were filled with loud, unruly children with no supervision — extremely disruptive to other guests. To top it off, I spoke with several other guests who had even worse experiences. One couple had raw sewage back up into their bathroom sink. Yes — sewage. And just like my case, the resort did nothing about it. Bottom line: Save your money and avoid Grand Oasis. This was one of the worst vacation experiences I’ve ever had. Poor service, broken amenities, and no accountability. I do not recommend this resort to anyone

Amazing Stay ! Thanks to Luis Arellano, We'll Be Back!

We booked a Sian Ka'an Suite at the Grand Oasis Cancun in April. At first, there was a bit of a hiccup, we were given a room without the ocean view we had booked. However, Luis Arellano personally took care of the situation and truly saved and perfected our vacation. Luis was incredibly attentive and acted immediately to resolve our issue. Thanks to his dedication and professionalism, we were able to fully enjoy our stay and everything the resort has to offer. Overall, we were very satisfied with our time at the hotel and we are already planning to return next year! Thank you Luis, thank you Oasis!

    Honestly reviewing, do your research!

So let me start with the resort grounds are very large and beautiful! But research before booking!!! It is not all inclusive at all! If you book a standard room you have access to 2 dinner restaurants and that’s it! Buffet is okay but not great at all! If you book the next level up you have way more food options but there are still 3 you have to pay extra for like 40$ usd more to start! On the beach sitting is limited unless you pay 50$. And them there is a membership level that access to everything! On the membership I was totally going to buy in then before I could even see the contract they wanted 20% down!! BS!! Not giving you 7,000$ before even being able to read!
