This resort needs to shut down immediately

This hotel needs to shut down immediately.they are rinsing the plastic cups with water and handle them from one customer to the next without any sanitation. My child got sick after getting water from these plastic cups from the bar. No management to be found, my child situation was not acknowledge and they brushed me off every time I need to speak to manager. Food was disgusting, shower in my room was broken and was not able to take a shower after two days into our stay with them. Disrespectful staff every-time I need to bring their attention to my child situation, one of the staff told me that ‘if you need to check out, got ahead check out’. There is a lot of issues with this hotel. The next day we checked out early. I booked four nights, and I only stayed for three nights while I was trying to find a different resort. No house keeping, I had to talk to the concierge three to four times to get a house keeping to clean my room. This hotel has truly wasted my vacation time, everyday this is an issue and it would take hours to finally talk to someone. Please take my advice, do not book this hotel. You vacation will be wasted and you will regret it.

First in Mexico and it was a a good experience

My experience was amazing, with Rafael Perez and Alejandro Canto Concierge. The individual were polite,Profesional and took care any concerns that I had in an efficient time frame. I believe these two individuals are an asset to the resort.

    The worst

Rooms are run down. Spent 4 hours trying to get internet to work on day 1. Food is just off. I can’t explain it. It’s off. Mgmt is MIA. This place is dead to me. They just don’t care. I did enjoy sleeping in a hammock. Stay to planet Hollywood instead.

    My honest review

This was a fabula's resort. The pools were great perfect beach lots of restaurants. The service was great THE bad news the rooms were so small and so dated. Very dated. they were also connected evet 2 rooms with a wooden door between you and your neighbor and yes you could hear everything from your neighbors I think i heard farm animals just kidding however we heard everything else THE ROOMS WERE CRAP and about 400 plus per night The big thing when you check in and get your bracelet if you don't upgrade to the black band then you can't go to any restaurants or bars without a surcharge . you can only go to the buffet or food court BUY THE UP GRADE. the buffet was not that good hot dogs and burgers pizza in the food court The place was probably one of the best in Cancun 40 years ago the shows were good. they have a small casino. There However there are so many newer resorts in Cancun that i would not stay here again until they upgrade the rooms it's not just me. I talked to a lot of people got the same response bad rooms

    WORST EXPERIENCE AT GRAND OASIS

My husband and I choose Grand Oasis resort to celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary, and this was never acknowledge. From the beginning it was a nightmare.....:( we did not get any help with our luggage or direction where to go, this resort is huge and was 3AM when we arrived, there was very little personnel at that time. They have 2 elevators and only one works. The room was not clean, we stayed at room 2682, and was a lot noise outside from a machine, I ask if they can move and I was told they don't have nothing available. Food was bad at grand Oasis, we paid extra to upgrade to Pyramid bracelet so I can enjoy a little bit better food. The employees at concierge were rude and not willing to help, they give attitude all time I ask for something. My experience was not good at all, we arrived in Nov/16/2024 and returned Nov/22/2024. If you ever planning to go to this place, my recommendation is to take Pyramid status, is a little bit better.
