Sep 25, 2024A Birthday Weekend to Remember!
My family and I stayed at the Grand Cayman Marriott this past weekend to celebrate my dad's birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless. The newly renovated rooms were absolutely beautiful—modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. It was the perfect mix of luxury and relaxation, and we truly felt at home. Every interaction with the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm and genuine, making us feel like valued guests. A huge thank you to the entire team for making my Dad’s birthday getaway so memorable. We will definitely be returning!

I was quite disappointed with the hotel after they charged me a resort fee of $250 on top of me paying for my room through my agent These fees are for using the pool and ocean They are not made clear at all As a frequent traveller I have never seen this $60 added per day to usd the hotel facilities This should be clear when booking the hotel It’s a joke I will not be staying at your hotel ever again The women at the desk said they would take £400 from my card and reimburse me if I didn’t spend any money in the hotel. But forgot to say they were going to take $250 out of my returned money.

Very Nice
Had a very nice time at this property. The rooms were clean and more spacious than a typical hotel room. The free morning coffee was a very nice touch, as were the little activities and treats that were scheduled during the day. The staff everywhere were very friendly and efficient, especially the gentleman at the towel desk and Rey at the front desk. Overall, we found that it offered great value for money.

The resort is beautiful with lots of attention paid to detail. The view of the sunset is breathtaking! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful - particularly Dehemah at Anchor and Den who took such good care of us and provides EXCELLENT service. The only reason I won't give an excellent review is because I pre-paid for my stay in full (or so I thought) and was still charged an additional $60 per day resort fee, upon check-in. This feels disingenuous, as I was provided no information about this rather steep fee, prior to my arrival. I've traveled extensively, and have never experienced this.

Excellent stay, great service, beautiful hotel!
There is a nonstop flight from our home airport to Grand Cayman so it was on our radar for several years. We finally decided to spend a long weekend at the Marriott and had a GREAT time! We knew about the beach issues before we went, it didn't impact us at all. We loved the small beach area, the pool was great, the service was amazing and we thought their food was excellent. We will definitely be back!
