This has been by far my best traveling experience ever. The service provided by the employee were unmatched. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to assist. Wafula in security, Chris at the bellman desk, and Alston at the jet skiis office were all pleasant and very very helpful during our stay here. 5 stars for the service, 5 stars for the food, 5 stars for the wonderful beach and activities. This is an overall 5 star beach resort. We will definitely be back and will also recommend this resort to our family and friends.
Good Hotel. Great Snorkeling
Hotel was good. Nice rooms open and airy common areas. Sweet beach. I really have to commend the Marriott for building and exceptional artificial reef. About 100 yards offshore and stretching 200 yards across is a massive artificial reef the Marriott created. Great place to snorkel and a wonderful addition to the Cayman Ecosystem.
Best stay ever!
The Beach House, Marriott Grand Cayman, was an unbelievable experience!! The service is second to none, top notch staff who go out of their way to meet your every need!! This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at where you never want to leave. The lobby, the beach house, has an amazing vibe. Some nights a dj or a salsa band, others just lounge on one of the huge sofas and enjoy a glass of wine. The anchor and den is right in the lobby, along with an amazing mixology bar. The grab and go breakfast with amazing crepes, coffee or a sit down breakfast if that’s what you prefer. Thank you Wayne, Subhesh, Danielle, Liam, Neil, Zap, Evelyn, Andre, AJ, and Yanika, for making this the best vacation ever and for your amazing service meeting our every need.
Made Our Honeymoon Much More Special
We stayed for 4 nights at the resort and couldn’t have been happier with our stay and honeymoon! The staff were some of the friendliest people we’ve met and went out of their way to make us feel special. Anchor & Den and the Veranda made amazing food and even better cocktails. The beach was amazing but the service was the best part. We did not want to leave!
Good not great
This may not look like much when you are dropped off in front but the lobby area is gorgeous . I have Steve here many times prior to the renovation and they did an excellent job . Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. It’s just too bad the service in the restaurants was not more attentive . Had to wait quite a long time for our order to be taken , food took a while to get there and never saw the waiter again until it was time to leave . Beach service was very good . Housekeeping did excellent job . Check out was easy . There was an issue although when I had my bags and storage waiting for a room , somehow my airline neck pillow disappeared from the time I gave them my bags to the time my bags arrived at the room . Not much you can do about it but complain . Overall a good trip but if you eat at the hotel or drink at the hotel it is very expensive .
