    Highly recommend!! Amazing place

I just want to say thanks to anyone at this hotel. The stuff so nice and friendly and like to help and please the guests. Even if there was a little mistake in 6 nights you even can't be mad because of the overall experience. The location is great, the ocean just behind the hotel. If you're lucky like me you'll have the beach view which is stunning and relaxing. I hope to be back in 2 months.

    Rude staff

Attempted to meet with friends who just arrived and weren't allowed beyond the entrance. The staff was very hostile. The smell in the lobby was that of a restroom. They wouldn't even allow us to use the house phone to call their room.

    Great vacation

My husband and I stayed in this hotel back in June for 6 nights and we are hoping to come back next time with my kids. I would definitely stay in this hotel. We ran into a little bit of an issue with the noise from the next room and I think his name is Miguel Angel was great (front desk manager) he moved us to another room the next day and made sure to ask every day how was everything. The food I loved, I don't know about other people but there is plenty of choices in the buffet or with the other restaurants as well (sea food, pizza, burgers, tacos etc...). It was first time doing the all inclusive option and I really liked it, if you can just tip the waiters, I think they do deserve it,most of them are great, special thanks to Carlos from "la Fuente" Mauricio, Jackeline, Marvin. Overall our stay was amazing I recommend this hotel.

Great Value w/Suggestions for Future Guests

We just back from the Flamingo Resort Cancun where we stayed at for our 10th Wedding Anniversary and it was Great! Great value, friendly staff, clean resort and very clean rooms. Only thing to note: The food quality is “ok” (not bad) and buffet section is very limited. Also, the alcohol seemed watered down (other reviews have mentioned this, as well).... that or a person that has been on a diet with no alcohol for the last 4 months has a super high tolerance! Haha Suggestions to staying guests: -upgrade to the junior suite; as it is a bigger room with a “private” pool that connects to the room. It was only $35 more a night. -know that not everything is “all inclusive”. There were certain areas on the beach that were for “Flamingo Club Members only”, some items on the restaurant menu, some wines are at an extra cost. -just like every single thing you do in Cancun(this is outside of the resort), price is negotiable, there is always an added fee at the destination(ie taxes, docking fees, gas surcharge), you cannot use your camera on any of the excursions; as someone is taking your photo to charge you for and of course you have to tip everyone at all times. Enjoy everyone!!
