Families, young couples, groups, and honeymooners will appreciate the casual elegance of the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun All-Inclusive with its friendly service and stunning location overlooking the Caribbean Sea. A 40-meter tall thatched palapa roof, one of the largest in the Americas, crowns the hotel entrance. This palapa immediately sets the tone for a traditional and tropical Mexican experience while allowing the lobby to receive a warm and relaxing breeze. Its three hotel towers each provide an open environment, with atriums filled with palm trees, flowering plants, and reflection ponds. You can choose to relax by the pool, enjoy delicious food and cocktails, or participate in a number of fun-filled activities in and around the hotel.
Enjoy outdoor fun with family and friends during the day by participating in sand castle competitions, beach games, volleyball, water polo, and basketball. Consider taking a cooking course or cocktail-mixing class, perhaps yoga lessons, or learn a bit of the Mayan language. At night, experience tequila tasting, dance to live music or learn Mayan astrology. Children will create unforgettable moments in the Club Fiesta Kids (for children 4 to 12 years of age) or the Fiesta Teens Club, which offers video games, pool tables, ping pong, and hockey, as well as music, film, and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.
The hotel features seven restaurants, a deli-cafe, and a snack bar. Guests can unwind with a drink in one of the hotel's bars on the beach, by the pool, or at the lobby bar and lounge. Bar areas offer free WiFi.
Experience natural spa treatments with unique Mexican products and savor the aroma that fills all areas of the spa. With 700 square meters of space, Spa Miiluma includes a gym with the latest equipment and 11 outdoor treatment rooms. Its facilities are equipped with sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, pressure showers, hydrotherapy, and a spa boutique.

Awesome experience, could not be happier with our time here. Miguel, Emiliano, meoli, Fernando from hamburgers, eddy were absolutely awesome. They were able to help us with anything we need. We had silent disco and an absolute blast. Will definitely be back. 🍻.

Great time at Fiesta
We had a great time at Fiesta. Osvaldo was our waiter and did an exceptional job taking care of us at the pool. He made the experience better. The spa was really nice also. Rooms were super clean and came with a stocked mini fridge. Thank you for a great time!

Amazing crepes
Paola made the best crepes and was very very nice all the time. Went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time! She made my crepe to perfection everytime and made sure I was always happy with what I got. She always had a good attitude and in a great mood always.

NEVER STAY AT THIS RESORT - NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY
NEVER AGAIN! This was the worst family vacation we've ever taken. This hotel is broken into three sections, the main building where the lobby is, and two side buildings. Our room was on the second floor in the main building. The main building is home to their lounge/club that is open every night until midnight, making it impossible to sleep. We asked to be moved on our second day, but were told they had no availability. Regretfully, the first night wasn't even the worst of it. Around noon the next day, about 300 mid 20 year olds showed up for an annual solar panel sales rally. The next three days were AWFUL. They took over the entire resort to the extent where my family no longer felt comfortable. The group got extremely intoxicated, yelled day and night and were acting obscene. I paid $700 a night for this hotel. After this experience, I WILL NEVER STAY AT AN ALL INCLUSIVE AGAIN. I would like Fiesta American to refund me every cent of our ruined family vacation.
