A 40-meter tall thatched palapa roof, one of the largest in the Americas, crowns the hotel entrance. Its three hotel towers each provide an open environment, with atriums filled with palm trees, flowering plants, and reflection ponds. Juan Jose and Miguel were great bringing food and drinks at the beach for our entire group of 8. The ceviche caribeño was delicious as well as the pescado empanizado , and Marco’s service was great the 2 times we eat there. The beach was awesome, no zarpazo at all, I guess we were lucky as visited other areas on the same week and they had it. The Thai place it wasn’t what we expected, the Italian restaurant had good and tasty dishes and desert. The beds were very confortable, the shower area had a not-pleasant smell and they took note of that.

A wonderful journey here with amazing staff (especially Magda Nayeli who is a lovely person very professional and who take care of us during all our trip) ! The hotel is very pleasant with the sea and the pool accessible by feet. The food was also good.

Great experience!
Had a wonderful time at the resort! The beach is stunning and the pool activities were fun! The staff were extremely helpful navigating meals for my daughter’s allergy and a huge shout out to Magda, Nayeli and Fladio for taking wonderful care of us!

Best anniversary trip
Best hotel with marvelous staff, incredible food, remarkable beach and comfortable clean rooms! We celebrated 25 year anniversary as a couple and cannot wait to return again! Many many thanks to the amazing staff! At the Kalmia Buffet: José, Nayeli, Itzel went above and beyond - even us brought plátanos fritos!! At the Italian Rosato restaurant: Daniel gave us the best exceptional experience! At the Argentinian San Telmo: David was very attentive! At the General outdoor pool area evening cleaning staff Carlos was a great fun individual always with a smile! The Entertainment crew Emilio and Miguel taught us Zumba and celebrated Thanksgiving with great energy and fun! Our Beach and pool waiter - Eligio was daily serving us the best drinks, taking the best pictures and giving us the kindest service! At the incredibly delicious cevicheria - Rafael was the best waiter every day serving the best seafood! Also Anselmo at the Kalmia dinner buffet Thanksgiving day was wonderful and always kept the drinks coming with an amazing smile! So many more staff made it such a special trip and we will return soon! Thank you Henry at the concierge for the balcony ocean view room! Every request we made was provided with a smile! We highly recommend this resort!!
