I appreciate all the folks on the front lines of the resort, Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún!!! Special thanks to my friend Eladio and his crew of fabulous individuals, Daniel, Rebecca, Geovony, Henry Gomez, Mojui, Magda, Guadalupe, and Antonio-the best bartender in Cancun!

Beautiful wedding experience
We had our wedding at Fiesta Americana recently and it was a wonderful experience for both our friends and family. Our coordinator Cecilia was amazing and made it such a relaxing vacation and wedding, and everything turned out beautiful! Everything was organized very well and it was a stress free day for us. The food for our wedding and the resort in general was top tier. The resort overall was very well kept and the service was fantastic during our entire stay!

May 15, 2025Nice All Inclusive, could be better. Would probably not come back.
The crepes and churros were the highlight of our trip. Paola was so friendly and had great customer service. If you come to this resort a crepe from Paola is a must. The Mexican and Italian restaurants are very good. Most of the staff was very helpful and polite. The website they have you scan a QR code to get to had a lot of wrong information on it. You have to order bottles of water through room service if you want them before 11 am. They allow too many people to save beach chairs by the pool that sometimes don't get used for hours.

Beautiful resort. Our large party had a few mishaps with their reservation. They reserved a king size bed ocean view, with a balcony. The resort said they ran out and gave them a piece of crap room. It had a tiny window that was too high to see out of, and no refrigerator. We booked a king, balcony, ocean view. Our balcony was a foot deep, and overlooks the pool. If we looked hard right then we could see the ocean. We complained and were told that WAS an ocean view, at the tiny balcony is what comes with that room. 😡 The room itself was nice. The first night we didn’t have warm water. They “fixed” it the next day. It would take about 7 minutes to warm up. Most of the staff was awesome! Ladies that can’t upgrade a room and downgrade instead seemed not bothered that they didn’t know how to HOLD a reservation. Room service was great. The people that stock the drinks in the room only came ONE time in our 8 day stay, and that was because we called and asked for it. Our room was always clean when we came back, even we left the room at 3pm. Food is first come, no reservations. It sounded great until most of the restaurants had an hour and a half wait every night . The food at the pool was good. Hamburgers, pizza, nachos, and penning sandwiches were all awesome!

Perfect stay
I want to make a review for Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun because my husband and I enjoyed our 1 week stay last April 2025. I celebrated my 60th birthday at thier restaurant which is Rosato, received a lovely plate of desert wishing me a happy birthday, plus the staff singing for me. That was fun! We do not expect much after going through several all-inclusives but we can say that most of the food here is better than most resorts. The restaurants are clean, the buffet tables look nice and everywhere in the resort, the staff is always cleaning and making sure everything runs smoothly. We have an ocean view room with a furnished balcony, 5th floor. The gulf is to our right, while the lagoon to our left. The gulf view is amazing and I can stay there all day just looking out. 10 stars to Hidalgo from housekeeping for getting what we need such as water and beer when room service was very busy at some hours of the day. I will never forget him, his eagerness to help and his smile! I want to say that Adolfo at the front desk did a very great job. He made sure we get a room that is close to our preference and he was very patient. 10 stars to Adolfo! I am not very good with remembering names but I can say that most of the staff, if not all, are very good at what they do, are friendly, polite and showed good customer service. We love the daily activities the resort planned for the guests, and the shows at night especially the Michael Jackson tribute show were truly entertaining. Our favorite restaurants are Rosato, El Mexicano ( food is much better than the buffet) and La Cevicheria although we wished the cevicheria will have longer hours. We cannot wait to go back. We are also thinking of trying Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach because we heard the beach is better for swimming. We wouldn't mind going back to FAC Condesa and yes, we highly recommend!
