15 minute drive from airport. Cozy atmosphere. Clean well kept rooms and property. Very sound proof rooms. Excellant service and very friendly staff. 2 nice size pools, also right on beach

Amazing dining
We had a amazing experience at the dining tables, Eladio the manager was excellent with me and my wife he looked over us for all our needs, my wife is vegan and he made it so easy for us to find food for her. He can run this whole hotel by himself. I see why he’s the manager. He’s staff are all on point to he’s directions. Heraciio,antonio,magda, celesta were all super polite and understanding our needs. Great staff #1 in my book Thank you all for great experiences

Best experience
during our stay we met Gladrio, Heradio , Antonio and Manuel they are some of the best servers we had . They never made us feel left out and pay very attention to attending to us i would definitely come back for the very good service 👍 We will miss them. 10/10 hotel stay

Staff is there 24/7 to assist you.
24th year at Fiesta Americana Condesa. Each year is better than the one before. The staff is like family. Mentioning names that make the resort fabulous- Fernanda- checks on us everyday. Bartenders Juan “JJ”, Rudolpho, buffet waiters Gladio, Claudio and Antonio.

Great for young families
Excellent stay and would absolutely come here with my family again. This resort may be small compared to other Cancun resorts we've stayed at, but it has so much to offer. I was worried my kids may be bored but their Kids Club ran the entire duration of our stay and the kids couldn't get enough of it, kept wanting to go back during their closed hours. I have to say these ladies at the Kids Club are the best part of our stay and they deserve praise in the highest order!!! Meli, Anaid and Hzel are amazing. We had a 2xtwin bed ocean view room which was breathtaking, my only complaint is that there is no privacy in the bathroom so be prepared to share your trips with everyone in the room. I cannot say enough how CLEAN this entire resort is... the restaurants, the pools, the walking areas, the lobby, the rooms, just everything. You will see the staff clean every square inch of the resort during your stay, and they are all so kind and pleasant to speak to.
