Eladio,Dores ,Henry excellent Service came with my family group of 15 people. Eladio I was help us of commenting us with the big family on restaurants with the table, love the foods, room service is great, bar service excellent, property is nice.

Great experience!
We loved our stay, the room was decently sized, plenty of food options (specialty restaurants are included in all-inclusive package, which was a huge plus)! Special shoutout to Paola who makes the best crepes and always with the biggest smile!

It was amazing !!!!
Elation and Ramiro and Henry gomez excellent service in the restaurants !!!! Great entertainment every night. Great entertainment at the pool. The beach was very clean. The hotel is layed very well and the staff is very helpful in directing you for what are looking for or need ! Very pleased! Will visit again! Thank you for a great vacation!

Paola was amazing!! So kind and always greeted us with a smile!!
Paula was great, I loved the churros. I wanted to get 25 each day. She remembered me and it made my trip. I definitely recommend stopping here only because she worked here. Her smile is beautiful and she made the food taste better just with her warmth and kindness.

Great family experience
Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is pretty clean and has great amenities that are well taken care of. The staff are beyond amazing, they are very friendly, cheerful, helpful, and with a lot of great vibes that will make your time full of joy. Eladio, Nyeli, and Henry made our mornings with their kind smiles and generous hospitality. We came with our toddler and would absolutely recommend this resort for families.
