A 40-meter tall thatched palapa roof, one of the largest in the Americas, crowns the hotel entrance. Its three hotel towers each provide an open environment, with atriums filled with palm trees, flowering plants, and reflection ponds. Jose Dolores & Eladio made our experience at this resort a great one! They are very passionate about what they do and provide a top tier customer experience. Definitely recommend to ask for these two gentlemen. Huge shoutout to the staff that hosted our romantic dinner, they really exceeded our expectations. 10/10 recommend when visiting Cancun.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The location and property are ideallic. The staff are the best we've ever experienced. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars are just some minor details re: the room. Our favorite restaurant was the morning buffet. They call the restaurant Kalmia in the morning. Wow. You feel like a king. Every kind of fruit, yogurt, and topping you can imagine. The staff stood out all around. Everyone makes you fell well taken care of. In particular, I'd like to mention Eladio, the manager of the morning buffet. And Nayali, she is one of the greeters who takes you to your table. In just a few short days we felt like they were friends. How many staff at a hotel do you remember? I think I might remember these two. They stood out that much. As for the rooms, they were more than fine. Excellent shower, plenty comfortable. My only nitpick is the walls and ceilings don't block out sound well. And the TV is a bit dated, the stations were grainy. It would have been nice to be able to cast from our phones but they didn't have that capability. But in the scheme of things, very minor. Considering everything else and the fact all the food is included with your stay, I imagine we will stay at this resort again on our next trip to cancun. Thank you Fiesta for everything.

My son’s 18th Birthday Getaway!
We had an amazing time at this all inclusive resort. Though the rooms are somewhat dated, the property and the pool are very clean. The food is made to order and tastes good. The pool is big, so you never feel crowded. The whole staff is very nice and attentive, but when you go, please ask for Tomas, he’s the pool waiter that does an amazing job.

Awesome experience, could not be happier with our time here. Miguel, Emiliano, meoli, Fernando from hamburgers, eddy were absolutely awesome. They were able to help us with anything we need. We had silent disco and an absolute blast. Will definitely be back. 🍻.

Great time at Fiesta
We had a great time at Fiesta. Osvaldo was our waiter and did an exceptional job taking care of us at the pool. He made the experience better. The spa was really nice also. Rooms were super clean and came with a stocked mini fridge. Thank you for a great time!
