May 18, 2025Amazing food Service, Care, and Stay
The experience was everything I wanted. It was comfortable. The staff was attentive for whatever need it was necessary. The food was a highlight of our vacation. It is also one of the first hotels to be picked up and dropped off from excursions such as Xcaret! So no waiting! I only hope to be able to come back soon

Paola is the best
Paola was the BEST!! She treated us so kind every time we went there and always is working so so hard to make sure everyone is happy and has what they need. She is one of the hardest working people at this whole resort and it shows she treated us like family.

No other place to stay in Cancún!
I appreciate all the folks on the front lines of the resort, Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún!!! Special thanks to my friend Eladio and his crew of fabulous individuals, Daniel, Rebecca, Geovony, Henry Gomez, Mojui, Magda, Guadalupe, and Antonio-the best bartender in Cancun!

Beautiful wedding experience
We had our wedding at Fiesta Americana recently and it was a wonderful experience for both our friends and family. Our coordinator Cecilia was amazing and made it such a relaxing vacation and wedding, and everything turned out beautiful! Everything was organized very well and it was a stress free day for us. The food for our wedding and the resort in general was top tier. The resort overall was very well kept and the service was fantastic during our entire stay!

The crepes and churros were the highlight of our trip. Paola was so friendly and had great customer service. If you come to this resort a crepe from Paola is a must. The Mexican and Italian restaurants are very good. Most of the staff was very helpful and polite. The website they have you scan a QR code to get to had a lot of wrong information on it. You have to order bottles of water through room service if you want them before 11 am. They allow too many people to save beach chairs by the pool that sometimes don't get used for hours.
