Since were celebrating my birthday, I was given a box of Chocolate as birthday gift. 🥳 Kudos to the following staff who made our trip memorable. Arvee (valet), Cyrus (bell service), John (omelet station), the Filipino guy from housekeeping at 10th floor Aloha tower (Nov 8 onwards) Sorry I forgot his name. Arvin (breakfast staff) thanks to all the staff.
We where a family of 7 staying at the hotel and the first room wasn’t clean. There where cockroaches in the room and the 3 bed was a sleeping couch which were awful to sleep in. We got a new room but there was a lot of noise due to a renovation right outside the room. It also resulted in that we couldn’t use the balcony because of the renovation.. The hotel managers said there were no other free rooms but we could upgrade for extra 150$ a night. They should just have upgraded us for the compensation of the bad room and noise. So a bad experience and a bad service at the end of the day. And it was also extremely pricey to park your car at the hotel even though you were a guest. 40$ per night..
Great hotel, great location
This hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to lots of restaurants. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The complimentary breakfasts were amazing. The nightly Managers reception was a great bonus. Keola who serves up the drinks is definitely worth visiting.
Not a peaceful hotel
Very nice rooms and good location, but quite expensive. The pool is small and all day and night it is overrun with small children screaming their heads off. There are no quiet spaces and adult only zones at all including especially the hot tub. I counted at least ten children in the hot tub each night at nine o’clock. We went to another hotel each day and spent our money there because we got peace and quiet and could hear ourselves think. Go to the outrigger reef instead if you want a relaxing holiday.
